Eye helps with jungle and early survival.
Gold deals with jungle early, and team fights later.
Ichaival increases attack speed and the debuff synergizes with nemesis' passive.
Berserker Is easily procced with nem being squishy, and helps her defense.
Serrated works well with berserker, and recovery in general.
Fujin is completely optional and may be replaced with more defensive countermeasures such as anti-heal, ancile, discord, spectral, or void shield; depending on what is needed in the moment. Fujin rounds out the atk speed component of the build and stacks nicely with the rest of the items.
Golden blade helps with jungle clears, hunting down as you gank, and assisting later on in team fights.
Ichaival is great for the extra damage and speed debuff that plays into nemesis passive nicely.
Berserker is a must for having some defense and boosting that attack. Nem is squishy enough to proc berserk easily while still having means of surviving.
Serrated synergizes with beserk nicely and Nem's 3.
Fujin is a nice capstone to the build for the extra crit and atk speed.
Three of these items also offer physical pen to deal with warriors, and as long as you have advantage over carries and mages, there isn't too much to worry about. Feel free to swap Wind Demon for anti-heal, ancile, discord, or spectral to handle particularly annoying foes.
Try to time your two after the 4th basic to maximize dps and animation cancel effectively. When directly adjacent to your target, try looking down to track your target easier and land more of your basics. Save your one for escapes or pursuits, but if used as an opener against a tank, you should have it back in time to run. Personally I prefer to engage with 4, basic combo, 2, 3 to reflect after pulling their cc and then 1/2 to finish.
With the removal of boots, and an ever shifting meta, this build may be outdated. Just something fun that I've used recently. Nemesis does well with this grab-bag of items that carry higher power, atk speed, and dmage penetration. Increased move speed is a bonus and the lower your health the scarier you become. A lot of times, your first 3/4 of health disappear quick, but the last 1/4 becomes stubborn. Start with your 2 as your focus. Save your 1 for pursuits or escapes, and always off-tank. If you lead with your 4, then basic combo into a 2, then 3 for reflect after pulling hard cc finally finishing with your 1 into 2 usually does most gods in.
When brawling and your foe is next to you squirming about, look downwards, tracking becomes easier and more basic will land, which is what nem relies on to fight. As long as you have the advantage against ranged carries and mages, there is little to worry about outside of beading a lot. Don't early pop your 3 until after being stunned or it will be wasted.
Hope this guide is found fun! Its maybe not the best or most optimized, but its a good workhorse foundation.
