You can honestly switch mantle of discord for anything you want thats unique to your situation.

then stay out until you have 2300 gold go back and get ichaval and first step toward bloodforge
stay out until you can buy bloodforge - 2250 gold
This relies on you scooping kills and getting good amounts of gold early game.
IF YOU MAKE ALOT OF GOLD AND CAN BUY DEATHBRINGER AT LVL 10-11 DO IT
^^^ if not then get rage, then go solo kill the bull demon it will be easy if ur at least lvl 10.
the rest should be easy from there.
