Version 2.0. Changed out Wind Demon, suggest Malice first, then finish with Deathbringer.
Thanks to conversations with DV-8 and ASUMAFRAN in my Medusa guide for spawning this concept. If this has been proposed elsewhere, I promise I haven't seen it, so I apologize for any potential plagiarism.
Build is based on 2 non-conventional items for ADCs: Soul Eater and Malice. I honestly don't know if this is at all viable, as I don't normally play Ullr, and suck when I do.
Quick explanations below.
Starting Items
Hunter's Blessing: I know Mage's Blessing could also be considered here, but Hunter's is chosen for better basics once fully stacked, along with more reliable MP5.
T1 Devo's ( Spiked Gauntlet) now has 5 power so gives a slight boost to damage and helps get Soul Eater online ASAP.
Add potions as preferred.
Item #1 (Power / Lifesteal)
Soul Eater as item 1 is an alt to Transcendence or Devourer's Gauntlet. Combines CDR (and some mana) from Trans + lifesteal / health sustain from Devo's, while maintaining high power. With high ability use, the SE passive should see some good function.
Item #2 (Movement, Choose One)
Ninja Tabi or Warrior Tabi can be chosen; both are viable. Fully stacked Hunter's provides plenty of attack speed so Warrior can provide better ability damage, but Ninja is great for basic attacks and the small amount of added mana.
Items #3-6
The Crusher is a perfect item in the 3rd spot, providing support for both ability and basic attack use.
The Executioner is the preferred high-pen item. Ullr should be weaving basics and abilities, so should be able to get full stacks on a target during a fight. If strongly preferred and against a very tanky team, Titan's Bane IS an option.
*NOTE* At level 20, with the above items, Ullr will have 2.09 AS. This should be plenty...the 2 most powerful crit items will complete the build.
Malice is a very interesting item for Ullr, again because he relies more on ability damage than most other hunters. Should be able to get a couple abilities in on every proc of the passive.
Deathbringer will bring crit chance up to 50%, and the added damage on crits is very nice.
So...thoughts?

First impression though is that I like the concept of SE being a blend of Devo's and Trans, but the passive is just very underwhelming. You'll get way better sustain from Devo's with just basics. The general stats aren't bad though...
I am a ****ing terrible Ullr, so I am not going to try it haha
And I think DB is better than Wind Demon.
This game was just super troll though and clash :P
got some fun burst with Malice though :)
Pretty sure malice is good on him.
Yeah, Malice also seems very nice.
Curious, do you rely more on your ranged hunter aspect, or since you're more of a jungler, do you like the axe stance better?
In this game I blinked into like 3+ ppl and stunned one person and tried to kill then tried to escape a bunch of times. That is how I got 3 of my deaths also got 1 death trying to box anhur when I had like 5% and he had 100%.
I felt I had enough AS before wind demon. So I think I would prefer the extra burst from DB.
But no, I haven't tried. I will, but my outcome may not be indicative of how effective the build might be.
you definitely have to see how much you heal with your 2 please check it out
the weave is like 250 health though.
pretty sick
As a matter of fact, I have been trying to get better with Ullr lately, as I really stayed away from him and stuck mostly to other Hunters. Once I'm not horrible at using him, I will definitely give this build a run.
Thanks for sharing this!
