Three Piece Combo

This build has this name due to the combo that almost gurantees a kill on any hunter, mage, or assassin at full health, or any guardian or warrior at 75% or less. The quick rundown is the combo is Scylla's classic Sic 'em followed by a crush. With these items, you'll be able to proc Magus and Stone of binding on up to 3 enemies at once, increasing damage dealt to them, and reducing their protections, leading to a devastating crush or insane ult.

Additionally, ANY scylla player knows the worst thing is when you Sic' em - crush (or ult) an enemy and they walk away with the smallest sliver of health. Polynomicon alleviates this. because of the reduced protections and magus debuff, an auto attack between the sic em root and pop of the crush is INSANE. On many assassins and mages, the auto is enough to kill them without the crush. This allows you to strike fear into the hearts of guardians and warriors, sending them back to their fountain or killing them before they even get to make a move on your team.

I recommend this build to any new or veteran scylla players to try out. If you think it cam be improved, PLEASE tell me your suggestions in the comments :)

ALSO, I am always looking for new people to play with so feel free to add me: Cannonballs1109 (xbox gt Cannonballs#1109)

I'm really glad you commented this because the alternate 2 is supposed to have it, not soul reaver. Whoops, thank you!

Thank you, glad it's been working out for you. Luckily with the new update, not much needed to change and it still holds up very well. Which load-out have you been using?

So far, I have been using the Final Go-To build. Definitely curious to see how your build may change for the current Season 9. 😉 Would you ever use one of the newer Rods of Tahuti?

I’m not the biggest fan of chronos pendant on most non utility mages especially so early on in builds as it slows down your spikes so much. Instead I would recommend getting another flat pen item like magus or divine. Probably divine because of all the healers going around. I think I like the rest though. Scylla got picked up a lot at worlds so a lot of builds coming out of there but the one I saw most often was double flat pen first three items.

Thanks for the feedback! Honestly, I’m not crazy about chronos either, well..early on at least and for Scylla not so much but I just loved the cooldown. But you’re right. Going for more pen early is def. the way to go. I’ve been playing around with an alternate version the last couple days and I threw it in the guide if you wanna take a look. As for divine ruin, I get what you mean but honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever run into an issue with any healers or healing in general. But once the healing changes with season 8 come out divine ruin is for sure gonna fun making healers panic. I’ll play around with it. Thanks, again.

Also I forgot to mention the late game build doesn’t have a lot of percent pen and mages for the most part should be hitting tanks so more percent pen would give a lot of value in your builds.

What percent pen items work best for you / do you recommend?

I don't know why the rest of the build order is under the ability order...

1. Probably would deselect and ignore the "build" / "starter" stuff it's probably the thing doing it.

2. Add Divine Ruin as an option. Also maybe Shard too. Poly also isn't bad if you can get away with it.

Agree with all 3. When I got the notification of the comment after yours I realized I never put my optionals or the alternates I’ve been using. I added them to the guide if you wanna take a look, let me know what you think. Thanks, again.
