The Morrigan- This Battle Will Be Decided By Us! (Mid and Jungle/General Guide)

The Morrigan has the longest ultimate cooldown in the game. Cooldown reduction is a very important part of her build. Cooldown reduction maxes out at 40%. Your Shoes of Focus can be changed to the Shoes of the Magi if you already have the cooldown reduction on your final item of the build. The Polynomicon is a crucial part of her build and is a core part of her kill combo. If you are getting smacked, purchase a physical or magical protection item based on what you are getting killed by. If you need general protection, purchase the Mantle of Discord.

Mid Lane:
When playing mid lane Morrigan, you want to level your Dark Omen for the wave clear that it provides.

Jungle:
When playing as jungler, you should level Deadly Aspects as it provides a cone of damage that can clear camps with the most damage.

Changeling

When leveling as The Morrigan, you should level Changeling every chace you get. It reduces the very long cooldown that it has. Generally, you shouldn't level Confusion at all. There are some instances when you should level it early on. Whatever you have leveled on your skills, you have leveled up on your ult. For example, if you have leveled your Dark Omen, which is your 2 and you have turned into Loki, you would have leveled his 2, which is Decoy which you don't want leveled up. If you will be turning into Loki constantly earlier in the game, then you might want to level up Confusion for the levels on Loki's Aimed Strike. Keep in mind that whichever god you turn into, if you use their ult and the cooldown is longer than yours, then you get their cooldown for your ultimate. When using your ultimate choosing a support ultimate like Ares or Khepri. Picking an assassin or mage for single target damage, like Loki is a good choice. Sometimes, you may want to pick a defensive god like Kumbhakarna to save yourself with his ult. You can utilize Confusion to get in a vantage point to use Changeling. A good example of this is using the Confusion invisibility to get to the center of the enemy team then using Changeling to turn into Ares and use your ultimate.
