Introduction

This guide is made by me, BorkaKrigaren. I've been lvl 30 since just some week into the start of the game and i consider myself knowing more than the most about how to play this game.

This Tyr build is not going to teach you the basics of Tyr, more likely you know tyr and came her to try a structured build for once. You can notice the differece of a good and a bad tyr quite easily. This build is made for those who allready can play him acceptably well or is aiming to become the true bringer of THE LAW!

Items + some little advice

Hand of the gods: Enables jungling without bumbas for heal since you wont take even close to the dmg otherwise taken.

Meditation: Because this build focus on ganks more than just mindless farming. The mana will be needed since tyr burns mana faster than u can say "FU ANUBIS ULTI" Later on you might find this useless, which i agree on but i can proudly say that mostly my team wins at 10min, i do play premade only so.. that might add upp.

Protip of the day: As jungler, solo, or longlaner. Try play premade if possible. Communication and timing is very important as tyr, since the laner might have to initiate or be the follow up. depends on the situation.

Tabi --> ninja tabi. In one of the latest patches the cooldown reduction maximum became raised to 40%. With ninja tabi and Jotunns wrath your chasing and teamgihting will become more efficient. Warrior tabi is ok but i enjoy to get my nr 1-2 combo back faster.

Healing potions early: Because you havent got lvl 1-2 sustain at all and you want to be able to to high hp ganks and stay in jungle. I NEVER return to base before i got 2 k, unless i die or get teammates who couldn't do their part. Get 5, the lvls gained instead of going b is worth the 250 gold. You will most probably be the highest lvl in the game if you gank as you should.

Heartseeker: I do not intend to die so getting 75dmg and 10% movementspeed is quite nice. You chase them, get massive early dmg for only 1950g. I can accept if you switch this item in late game when you got the other items. preferrably to RAGE or Bulwark of hope/Soverignty depening on the main dmg source you take.

Jotunns wrath: Gives a small amount of mana which is needed and the penetration you didn't get from the warrior tabi. 25% cooldown reduction is great.

Fist of the gods: Stun like a champ. escape, outdamage other bruisers/carries.

Frostbound hammer: In this point you should be instantly annihilated if you were locked down by any mage nuker. This little extra health + the 25% slow for chasing i believe is more important than any other dmg item you would consider instead. No one will escape the Techno Viking!

Fatalis, The shredder of towers: With fatalis you will almost ALWAYS escape anyone, except for your early game counter: Thanatos, with his silly ulti. Kali, with her nr1 + probably heartseeker 10% bonus. Mercury. Chronos, which is quite the counter.. since he get easy stuns when you move in close.

+ you can run backwards in same movementspeed and forward... not bad and quite hilarious if you are winning hard and you just want to mess with them, run around in cirles around them, backwards!

THE REAPER/deathbringer.. :Quite the dmg. I personally would just dont get this item and go with soverignty or bulwark of hope, since my personal playstyle is more longlived and skill depending than pure base dmg attacks. But yeah, this is better if you just once get that 20% crit chance with the nr2 and almost bashed their face for 50% of their health. Mages wont like you!

Finish meditation: Because that little extra health is nice, use when only needed

Way of the derp: Get all speed items in game, have fun. start with boots and then heartseeker and fatalis. then witchstone and winged wand. Ignore the 5% speed bow... get some dmg or health instead. Enjoy the derp! silly enough this is a quite stable build as u almost never die and.. yeah... its fun to not play serious some times! i recomend you to try it atleast once!

Skills

When ganking a lane: Go in behind them. communication is the key, make sure the laner knows whats coming. Depening on your friend and on the enemy, either you or he initiate with crowd control. Midlane: After mid goldcamp, make sure your mid has let the other one push, you go from the upper mid path and charge hom towards your friend (best case scenario, you push into tower) punch once, switch to guard and charge again to make him not be able to chose where he goes, now your in front of him. Body block and use nr 2. Attack base attacks untill death occurs!

Depening on the enemty at the lanes i suggest you focus gank one lane. If agni is mid.. only way to kill is if your mid allready made him use the escape. Hard to gank ones are those with leaps, odin, athena, neith, agni, sobek, anhur, bastet... you know.

Solo lane gank: right after you killed blue, or killed the upper small gold camp (suggest upper way gank) you go from behind, make sure the lane is not pushed to their tower and just go as it was midlane.

When you got your ultimate i suggest you save it for either escape or to make sure those who can escape, wont! If you get this choice "Die or ulti-escape" to the escape. the stacks on heartseeker are valuable and a death is NOT WORTH A KILL!

When teamfight is ongoing, ulti on/behind the carry who usually stand with a mage if he is ranged since they just dont wanna get into the fight, BRING THEM THERE!! make them cry as you push them into the porridge and watch as they die!

Pros / Cons

Pros: Strong dmg, mobility is your best friend. with your nr4 no one will escape and no one will catch you, if used right. Can totally stunlock any squishy untill death occurs!
Good escapist and initiator. Great chaser. Can be built tank and still do dmg, because of the nr 3 dmg buff of 50 fricking dmg!!

Cons: If you meet thanatos in early jungle you can just surrender or make your teammates gank like hell. You cannot win! he is the only one ive noticed is stronger than you in early 1v1 jungle and he made me cry manly tears of pain last game i met him.

Make sure you hit your skills.. or this will be over quickly.

Creeping / Jungling

Start mid gold if solo or 2peep kill is possible. otherwise take lower goldcamp without the HoG and HoG on the speedbuff. Ignore blue, take other side lower gold and redbuff. Gank Side/midlane and afterward you take midgoldcamps. First gank mid will make you jungling easier since there wont be any mid to try interrupt your farming there. Now invade his small goldcamp and gank the lane which side you're at now. Go your closest small goldcamp, go other side. Repeat untill they surrender 10min.

Important to know is that the mid goldcamp respawn every 110 second so make sure you're there! if you failed somehwere, the mid gold is the way back. great exp and money. If behind, dont let the midlane steal 50% of your income and exp.. you need it more.

Tell me how it went!

Good luck making the other team hate you! Tell me if it worked out for you!

This Guide is Okay. The only problem I actually have with this guide is its presentation. It's Nothing too big to fix, only takes 5-10m to make this guide look amazing.
You Build Is Fine. Its what I find a lot of Tyr's using for their builds or slight variation of it.
All I want you to do is go on to this site (Link should be somewhere in the paragraph., I recommend you learn some more about BB Coding so you can make your guide Colorful!
Also when I was reading this guide it just feels like a large blob of text. So by checking out
BBCoding Guides You can majorly improve the guide.

This Guide looks great with information and I hope you can add more pro tips for Tyr players, if you do choose to improve upon it. Goodluck, making it more amazing.
