Hey! Im sonolo a cupid main (dont ask). This build is ideal for arena and assault. It is a little bit challenging to use cupid in early game but passed that, you can easily become a kkilling machine.
Stay in back line at all time or behind a tank. You'll be a very easy target for your foes so dont make yourself too flashy yet. You'll want to use your heart bomb as much as you can. As for your ult, you'll want to use your ult then your heart bomb on the most likely to survive enemy within the ult zone. Make sure to use your share the love(2) as soon as an ally gets hit or when allies need healing, dont use it on yourself since it would waste it for others, when allies use on of your hearts you will get healed and regain some mana. As for flutter(3) use it only when in need or when you are too close to enemies or from your cover.

No offense here, but this build is a bit whack. Firstly to clarify, I did read that this build is for Arena and Assault, so I know this isn't meant for Conquest. That said, I just can't recommend.
If this was some weird tank build (which isn't great for Cupid), I could sort of understand getting Stone of Gaia, but since you're dedicating a significant amount of your build to damage items, I wouldn't consider it tanky. Getting Mantle of Discord in addition to Gaia doesn't make you a tank.
Outside of that situation, Gaia is just not good here. Yes, it helps survivability due to the health, and yes, in Assault, it can be very useful for health sustain, but...just never recommend it in this case because you need more help with your damage potential. If you need healing, you're getting it through Bloodforge's lifesteal (I get BF as first item in Assault, but wouldn't recommend really in Arena), and through your own Share The Love.
You have 60% crit chance through the 3 items you chose, which is fine for crit chance, but while 2 of your items have some AS and your 3 gives you passive AS, it's not enough IMO to make your DPS strong. One option would be to replace BF with Asi (purchase later perhaps rather than 1st item). And Deathbringer should be considered in any basic attack DPS build, though I can understand the appeal of CDR from Fail-Not. You sort of have to commit to either basic attacks or ability more here.
Finally, you're very lacking in penetration. No Dominance or The Executioner also hurts your damage potential, especially against tankier enemies.
As an FYI, your skill leveling is 100% not possible. Please have this fixed; I've archived the guide for now but if / when you adjust your skills appropriately, you can re-publish.
