The Basics of this build is to get in; Deal a solid amount of damage, and get out. This build works best in Arena and Conquest, but can be utilized in other game types as well; as the crux of it is in flanking your opponents, hitting them before they can react, and running away before they deal too much damage to you.
To make sure you level properly, it's best to hit any XP camps you pass, and when you hit a lane, get in a few quick creep kills. Most of your time should be spent bouncing around the lanes; flanking enemy gods when you can.
The best use of this build is to start fights, or finish them. Working with gods with solid stuns and crowd control are the best bet for getting the most out of this build. From personal use; this god works well with Ares, Bellona, Hades, and Xbalanque, although I've had success with Posidon, Ah Puch, and Ah Muzen Cab as well.

If you're building for crits you're probably better off getting Opal Acorn so you can get crits off of your Dart
I've tried that, but with the Sapphire, you can fire them off at a god, and flee, so you're still getting in hits while you fall back. It's better from a strategic standpoint.
