Hey everyone! I'm NocteDeae (feel free to add me :D) and this is my first Smite guide. I play as Neith a lot, as she is one of my favourite gods/goddesses to play. You can find me playing in Joust with a variety of gods, all of which I have builds for. I'm hoping that this will be the first of many guides and I hope to see you all in game :) And I did this to get mainly my build out so I'm sorry if the guide is lacking in strategies (but I'll try to explain some of mine the best I can) Hope you like the guide! Cheerio!
It's not always easy to help teammates with a few Gods/Goddesses, but with Neith it's pretty easy. She has abilities that really help in crippling the enemies to allow your teammates and yourself to get away. If there's an enemy chasing one of your teammates, use Spirit Arrow or Back Flip. To stop them from the chase, or to slow them a bit to give your teammate a chance. And if you really want to help and neither of those abilities are up, use your ult, especially in early game. Your ult won't do much for you early on, so why not help your teammate live longer? This goes for yourself too, use Spirit Arrow to stop them and use Back Flip to get away. If they're really close however, use Back Flip first to slow them. If they continue their pursuit, then use Spirit Arrow.
Now, as for clearing the lane, some people like to use Back Flip to place a Broken Weave then hit it with Spirit Arrow. I don't like doing this because then you lose your one true escape. If the enemies see you do this, they might target you quickly, seeing as you don't have the ability up right away. Just use Spirit Arrow, then use your basic attacks. Not only is Spirit Arrow good for clearing the lane, it's good for stopping abilities. If Thor is spinning towards you or a teammate, use Spirit Arrow to stop him. I also use this strategy for a few other Gods/Goddesses. I also use it to counter Loki. I know if you are stunned from Loki, you of course can't use this. But if a teammate is being attacked by him, use your Spirit Arrow and help! I use this tactic while playing as Athena too. If there's a Loki (or any enemy) attacking a teammate, stop him, don't just stand there.

Thank you for the feedback :) I will try to do that in the next few days as I've been a bit busy and will be for the next little while. The way I play Neith is trap and shoot. I save the other abilities for finishing them off if I need to. I sometimes build Neith with a unicorn type build if there are tanky or bruiser gods on the other team, so I might add that in if I have time.
No problem! Just trying to share my knowledge (and help you prevent the grumpy perfectionists from griping too much haha). Neith as a physical caster is fun because your abilities hit for so much and full CDR for a 54 second ult is amazing. I would not build Neith physical caster in conquest as the ADC's job is to AA enemies into the ground, so this build would be excellent for that.
Pretty nice build, I think that's too many crit items personally... Especially since I play Neith as a physical caster rather than AA god.
You did a good job of explaining your items and a decent layout of the guide. I would like to see some more BBCoding personally as I think it will take this guide to the next level.
All of these codes will need the . removed to work.
[.rule] to make a line like the one above.
[.center] Text [/.center] to center text.
[.columns]
[.nextcol size=60][.icon=hovering death size=50 float=left]
[.nextcol]Text blah blah blah

These are the majority of my basic ones that I use. Play around with combinations to make it look better. Also [.[Heartseeker].] put the double brackets around items to give the picture and mouse over ability like so Heartseeker.
