Gameplay/Summary

Morgan Le Fay is new to the game but I already know she is going to be one my main gods. She is super fun and really tears up huge groups of enemies with her massive amounts of area damage and her multiple methods of crowd control. When in team fights remember to try and mark as many enemies as you can with your abilities before using Consuming Power. It'll make your 3 casts much wider, meaning more gods hit. Your goal should always be to keep your marks up for the passive magical power boost from your Empowered Blade. Keep in mind that since she is still new to the game and like most other people, I am still learning her. I wanted to release this guide in order to give everyone a good baseline build to use on her to stay ahead of the competition. Please remember to leave any feedback or suggestions in the comments!

Not a big deal, but I suggest if you're going Sands + Lost Artifact start early you may as well go 2 Health 2 Multi pots early cause you have over enough MP5, I'd only really consider Mana pots if I was playing a healer.

Also reason why you'd swap Tahuti for Reaver and not Magus for Reaver instead? Like sure Magus with it's passive can provide a decent window to focus down a tank, but if you used the proc on someone else poking / it's on cooldown / you need to target swap, it's just quite inferior to Tahuti at that stage of the game.

Great suggestions! Gonna look back over the build with those in mind

Thank you so much for updating this guide! I forgot they were taking the boots out. Item build is adjusted to this. I truly appreciate your time and effort in making this guide!

Rezneth (2) | July 15, 2021 3:49am
Of course! Hopefully it works out as well for you as it did for me :)

I absolutely am loving this build and I've used it since day two. The only thing I'm curious about is, I do a different last item after selling boots. When we sell boots we lose the 10% CDR gained from them, so I build Spear of Desolation to balance it back out to regain the lost CDR. Is that okay, or do you think we should just accept the loss in CDR and get Soul Reaver anyways? Thanks for the help!
2
DKage (1) | July 1, 2021 6:21am
Actually, don't you gain an additional 10% CDR when you upgrade to Pendulum of Ages? So you still end up with the same CDR as Sands of Time (10%) + Shoes of Focus (10%) + Soul Gem (10%) as Pendulum of Ages (20%) + Soul Gem (10%). So 30% CDR, correct?

As a side note, I'm really enjoying building Vampiric Shroud on Morgan in Arena.
2
Kriega1 (143) | June 30, 2021 6:55am
You get 10% CDR from 500 gold Potion of Power. Also not going Soul Reaver on Morgan is pretty detrimental, not only cause she can spam to make use of the passive well but it's kinda necessary against any standard comps that have frontliners.

Rezneth (2) | June 30, 2021 3:14am
So I think that comes down to personal preference! I’ve actually done the exact thing you’re talking about involving Spear of Desolation after selling boots in a few games and it worked really well as well! I’d say that if the enemy is more HP stacking tank oriented, build Soul Reaver. If not, build Spear of Desolation.

Hope this helps! Lemme know if you have any other questions!

Thank you so much! All these suggestions were super helpful, and I'll definitely start seeing about using the Potion of Power to supplement some CDR!

Can u say, i can use this build for merlin in arena?)

FuroowHD | June 17, 2021 5:42pm
Very good i have been using this build since day 1 she is OP
1
DKage (1) | June 23, 2021 6:55am
I've watched some better players use her, and in their hands, she definitely would seem OP. In the hands of someone very mediocre (on a good day) like myself, she's very fun but challenging. My biggest issue is that her ult feels so weak. I see other players seem to slay with it, but whenever I use it, it feels like I'm just sneezing on them.

After watching a streamer recently go ham with her, I've been toying with their build (well, as much of it as they were able to build before the other team surrendered). It seemed very unconventional.

Bancroft's Talon > Shoes of the Magi > Vampiric Shroud > (they only got to build Tiny Trinket before the other team surrendered so everything past here is my guess/own building) Typhon's Fang/ Soul Gem/ Pythagorem's Piece > Rod of Tahuti > Soul Reaver > upgrade to Blood-Soaked Shroud

Trying to find the pendulum in the item builder and its just not there...supposed to level off of sands?
1
Bosh412 | July 17, 2021 1:06pm
Had the same issue. You can't see the upgrades of the starters in the item builder.
2
Rezneth (2) | June 16, 2021 10:17pm
Yeah it's the upgraded version of Sands of Time! Can only upgrade it once you are level 20 though.

I saw someone use a little bit of a different build. I'll have to try to remember it, so here it goes: Shoes of focus, warlock's staff, rod of tahuti, charon's coin, soul reader, and doom orb. Their consumables were the aegis amulet, and horrific emblem. In the match they went 11/3/11. I don't know if that's a good build or not, but thank you for your guide! I'll give it a shot!
1
Nett3y | June 16, 2021 6:02pm
Thabks for the feedback! I guess I'll just have to continue practicing with her! :)
1
Kriega1 (143) | June 16, 2021 7:16am
Warlock's into Rod of Tahuti is not a good curve and Doom Orb is just not a worthwhile item. Also Horrific over Beads is troll.

Big Damage (37) | June 15, 2021 10:57pm
That build is not why they went 11/3, bad power curve really.
1
Rezneth (2) | June 15, 2021 10:46pm
Let me know how it works for you! I'll test out the build you are talking about too and see how it is :D

Nett3y | June 17, 2021 4:17pm
Hey Rezneth! Just wanted to say that I saved your build as a custom build for her. Thank you so much for the guide! I've been practicing with the build and her in training modes. Is this build for a specific game mode? I mainly play arena and assault, but I wouldn't mind trying the other modes with her. Thank you again!

"guide" it's a build that is used amongst most mages. M staff isn't really that great imo. This build and guide is a more in-depth and put together.

Kriega1 (143) | June 16, 2021 7:15am
Idk, she has 2 good CC abilities in the form of her 1 and 2 so I wouldn't say Myrddin Staff is bad at all.

Our builds are different? And mine is much more in-depth but okay.
