with vampiric shroud ,you can start at any lane
Boots are for speed and penetration
Demonic grip gives more than enough attack speed and gives penetration.
You can instead buy Telknesis Ring for magic def and easy clear at early,
since your third skill applies the damage from this item on targets.
Dont buy other attack speed items they will just nerf your damage.
Soveignity gives 85 + 20 defences. You wont regret having it.
Void Stone is our "More Magic Protection" item. Also gives penetration + power.
The aoe debuff effect can be seen by enemies so BE CAREFULL.
You never know when will you need CC immunity, also gives "Protections"
All hp items are op on mages but the point why we will buy this is ,
its passive.Don't worry it will fit better than Rod of Tahuti because you NEED "More Hp"
For active items, Ao always needs sprint and for other active item slot, you must buy
what would fit better against your enemy.
Dont forget You Are The Dragon King
So Play as a Dragon King
"Celebration"

The biggest thing to creating the guides on here is that it takes time. If you aren't willing to put the time into it to make it a good guide, I would say just don't worry about it. We aren't try to slam you or anything, but we don't like seeing a rushed product thrown up out of sheer lazy boredom (or so it seems). Just work on it and it can really be something good.
I won't thumbs down you for now, but no thumbs up either.
There's little to no details on any of the items, absolutely none on his abilities or even playstyle, and on top of that the build doesn't really make sense.
Guide-wise, you need way more coding and separation of topics, as well as organization.
Basically, there's a lot missing here. You should check out TormentedTurnips's guide on guidecrafting here.
It's a downvote from me, but if I see the necessary improvements, then I'll happily change my vote!
