Book of Thoth is good item to stack, no more stack items need for her. this one I noticed to be very usefull and nice, no problem with mana after,and +100 free AP. +bonus passive converted 3% from mana to AP. So you can think about to build Polynomicon as last item, It also give more MANA to increase your 3%
And if you aim nice, you must be a killing machine.

Boots: Why not +15% CD reduction? 25% CD from Chrono's Pendant It's enough for her. If you want to kill, build Shoes of the Magic +15 Magic Pene.

SKILL COMBO

Harras with 3 , after core items you will 2 hit to clear wave, and some auto-attacks.
Her 2 You must time this skill, your silence can cancel enemy CAST-TIME skills, Like ANUBIS 1 skill.
Also use this for harras if you feel save and got your lane warded from enemy junglers.

Best skill to say "HA-HA and smile like a dumb" is her 1 , Shield can block root,snare,slows, and ignore 80% damage from enemy. So save it for enemy Ultimate and they gona cry. You have it only for 2 sec, so try to calculate time.

Nox ultimate 4 also can make people cry if used properly. You can hit 3 people and every used skill from enemy hit them again, but they know it and will run away, so you can use 3 and follow, after 5 sec they gona damaged again and stunned for 1 sec, its enought to aim your 2+3 Combo. Check skills description in game if you don't understand.

Her passive can stack with your shield, so if you have 4 candles fire = 16% damage block + 80% from shield.
If you have 2-3 enemy mages, I recommend you to build Spirit Robe 15% damage mitigation if hit hard CC for 3 sec. It's so nice with Nox passive. Also it give 10 armor, 55 MR , some health and +10% cooldowns.
Best item to increase survivability.
