In Egyptian mythology, Neith (also known as Nit, Net and Neith) is the goddess of war and hunting, creator of gods and men, funeral divinity and inventor goddess.
Neith, also called Tehenut, is an ancient egyptian goddess, whose cult comes from the pre-dynastic period.
In his funeral aspect is the protective goddess of the dead, who invented the tissue (becomes patroness of weavers) that offers both sales, as the shroud of the dead.
