Multi Potions in ADC instead of Mana pots.
Can swap Jotunn's Wrath for Fail-Not.
Can swap Titan's Bane for Atalanta's Bow.
Buy Elixir of Speed lategame and sell Warrior Tabi for Odysseus' Bow or Bloodforge or Qin's Sais.
Need Anti-heal, swap The Crusher or Jotunn's Wrath for Brawler's Beat Stick.
Buy Elixir of Speed lategame and sell Ninja Tabi for Heartseeker or Fail-Not or Berserker's Shield or Titan's Bane or Silverbranch Bow.
Need Anti-heal, swap The Crusher for Brawler's Beat Stick, in which case, you can also choose to pick up Ninja Tabi instead of Warrior Tabi.
Buy Elixir of Speed lategame and sell Warrior Tabi for Qin's Sais or Fail-Not. (Or, can sell boots for Fail-Not, and The Crusher late for Qin's Sais).

So I build really phys mage with high burst dmg good AoE attacks CC, and high sustain.
Transcendence - Warrior Tabi\ Titan's Bane(after speedbuff) - Soul Eater - Jotunn's Wrath - Heartseeker- Brawler's Beat Stick (last ones may be in different order if you need heal reduction early). So i have almost cap dmg (with pots and buffs), cap cdr, cap % penetration and 25 flat penetration. She's very comfortable to play all over the game and becomes extremly deadly in the end game.
Any of them can be used depending on the match, e.g. for some matches, going a hard hitting ability based build will work great with your ultimate for co-ordianted ganks with your jungler, but ideally for ADC in a lot of scenarios you're going to want a build with Relevant Auto Attack DPS, or at least a build that transitions to AA DPS late. Why? For Objectives, Structures, and to deal with tanky frontliners (Solo, Support, sometimes Jungle).
For that I recommend Example Build 2 (Tank Shred). The thing with Neith is though you can swap out Asi for a The Crusher or Brawler's Beat Stick since she does have self-sustain with her 2 Unravel (can use it on minion waves for the heal, especially paired with a Weave on the ground), and mid to lategame you can always pick up Chalice of Healing for sustain as well, but Asi does help with 1 vs 1 auto attack trading with someone and sustaining from Jungle camps if you're taken poke. This is also a similar case with Ah Muzen Cab and Ullr who also have forms of self sustain in their kits.
So yeah, Hunter's Blessing, Morningstar, 2 Healing Potions, 2 Multi Potions for your start and for your build you can go: Ninja Tabi > Transcendence > Asi (can be swapped out for Crusher or Beatstick) > The Executioner > Qin's Sais > last 2 items go Titan's Bane and Odysseus' Bow (either order, I prefer Titan's first sometimes), buy Elixir of Speed and sell shoes lategame when you have enough gold to buy your "7th item" / boots replacement for the item you didn't get 6th.
Alternatively, you can consider going: Ninja Tabi > Transcendence > The Crusher/ Brawler's Beat Stick > Heartseeker > Titan's Bane > Odysseus' Bow > and sell your shoes late for Elixir of Speed and Qin's Sais. I feel this build would work better in Mid though.
Granted though this build doesen't have The Executioner which is a pretty good item, and helps your physical teammate's dps in fights and for objectives, so usually you would run this kind of build in Mid with a ADC Hunter building Executioner.

Now, about build 5: shouldn’t Titan's Bane replace The Crusher for more penetration against tanks?
But I'd say right now, you don't have to always use both Exe and TB. Exe is the perfect item for an ADC. It offers plenty of pen function overall. TB is something I consider only if the tanks are the biggest threat in the match, or there are just a lot of people building prots.
Remember that pen calculations have a hierarchy. % protection reduction (e.g. Exe) is calculated first. Then flat protection reduction (e.g. Void Shield). Then % pen ( Titan's Bane), then flat pen.
If you've got an enemy with 200 physical protection, full stacks of Exe will bring their prots down to 128, or a difference of 72. Separately TB against 200 protection would bring it down to 120, or a difference of 80. But if you have Exe and TB (not counting flat pen), TB will work off of the 128 number, not 200, which means TB will not provide 40%...it'll be closer to 27%, which is more like 35 reduction. Pretty big change, from reducing by 80 to 35...if my calcs are correct. Still functional, but there's a measure of inefficiency there.
The current price of Elixir of speed needs to be reduced.
"TB is something I consider only if the tanks are the biggest threat in the match, or there are just a lot of people building prots." - Thats the thing, tanks are often one of the biggest threats, and they do build tanky. Maybe if they only have 1 relevant tank on their team then titans is less necessary option as long as you have 1 person to shred the tank.
Hope that information helps.
For Odin's mana issues, your best bet is likely either Breastplate of Valor OR Genji's Guard. Get BoV if there are 3 physical gods. Get Genji if there are 3 magical gods. BoV provides a hefty mana pool. Genji provides very high MP5 (mana regen). Don't get both, as that is likely mana overkill, and you'll probably get better use out of other items at that point.
And unless you have Transcendence that early, having much stronger clear in Spirit Arrow combined with a Broken Weave means less mana expenditure before you start building stacks.
You don't agree?
Even without those, just considering Neith herself, Zap's leveling is stronger level 2 clear, but weaker level 3 clear.
