+Unreal amounts of burst damage
+Can three-hit casters endgame
+Can drop just about any isolated target
+Able to escape fairly easily.
-Cant take very much damage
-Even a duo can be too much if you dont know what you're doing
-Rely on passive protection (mostly)
For the main build, I chose items that I found good for a normal ganker, with a small twist; because Loki isnt a normal ganker.
1. Tabi at level 1 as opposed to Executioner because Tabi is really only useful for movement speed right now, and you have stealth, so you dont need it too much.
2. Executioner early game is incredibly important, especially to lower enemy defence as soon as possible to close a kill quickly and get out.
3. Fatalis awards not only a really nice amount of attack speed, but also some movement speed, which will be very helpful, especially later in the game. Plus the 20% CD reduction is nice for your ultimate.
4. Ankh of the Golem helps you to sustain with the 300 HP add and the 15% lifesteal, the 15% attack speed and passive are nice bonuses on top of what you already get with this.
5. Deathbringer is vital to any jungling character, plus this is what gives you that ability to three-shot casters (mostly). Plus it adds physical power to help your abilities even more.
6. Titan's Bane is great, especially if you're losing and you need a quick way to catch up. The phys. penetration from it is great for pushing a gryphon, because defences are mostly physical defence.
Having one point in every skill is a good thing for the first few levels, but once you get about level 6, you will be able to get away with neglecting your Decoy over Vanish. The bleeds that you get out of Vanish make this a great thing to have leveled up first, because at level 5, it bleeds for 90 damage, plus 25% of your phys. power, which is pretty high at lower levels. Your Aimed Strike is merely bonus to get even more damage onto the god, and if you're fighting a caster, this will cripple, if not, kill them in a very short amount of time. Obviously having your ult leveled as soon as you can is good for closing, or creating a gap between you and the enemy.
Usually, with Loki, you will not shine until about midgame, when everyone is about level 14 or 15. Youll do okay early on, but you wont be too fed until around then. When everyone is ready, try to set it up so that you have them focused on keeping the team distracted. Usually this works out okay, because they wont notice you missing anyway. Try to keep your ultimate up for this, when you see someone try to flee to base, running out and using your ult will basically finish them off, and you still have your stealth to run away in the event of a pile-up on you. If you are alone, try to keep the opponent alone too, because its never safe for you to be fighting multiple people with the little defence you have.
