ok with this build at lvl 20 with max build max stacks you get
137 magical power from kuku pasive and 82.2 from book of thoth pasive
overall you have 855 magic power no buffs. with red buff you have 1007 magical power

with red buff and 500 potion you have 1094 magical power


max build stats 40% cooldown + 1 second off abilitys on cooldown every 10 seconds

94 mp5

with 3000k damage and 500 potion and red buff you have 1282 magical power

attack combo is 3 1 optional 4 you want to learn to land basic as many as you can basic inbetween abilitys too use k menu to set abilitys to quick cast
how quick cast works you wana have default cast in overall settings so relics are normal in my experience but quick cast you hold it down wile aiming then let go and it fires if you hold down and press right click it cancles then let go of key it wont cast
now
hold down left click hit them with basic and tap 3 or 1 and you will hit them
and keep basic holding down unless you running away cause half health or lower
use 2 for chase or running depending on how you doing that 2 at max rank is your 80% movment speed 4 second duration with 6 second cooldown spear of magus will give you 50 pen after 1 tornado so if they just get hit a little by the tornado and are out of it hits for 6 ticks 5 ticks for max pen passive and then 1 tick at max damage can take less if they have less than 50 magical prot + the 15 base pen
so you wana hit 1 or 4 after they right after 5 tick of tornado damage for the 1 and cast ult after the 4th tick of the 3 so that by the time it hits it will be inbetwen 5th and 6th tick of tornado

this KKKancer Way of life will give you max cooldown Max power max cooldown and max pen pasive active 94mp5 also 65 phys prot is your overall stats
you see that red buff late game its yours go get it blue buff early game its yours unless someone else gonna carry with it for blue
Now for a max cooldown mode replace chrnos and brestplate With Travelers shoes.

you want the Kuku skin for if there are other Pleb kukus who dont have it so team can see your tornado is Colorful and also set up a Vel Spam keybind for mouse with something like Razer synapse Kuku skin best for it Trust me :) also you wana get the Salty Emote Kukus wave clap and Dance And Kuku Voicepack
Then you Are Ready Practice makes perfect

Side note Potions are for noobs And if you want wards Buy Chalice of Orcal when you have spare gold or tell your support to get it if joust
go strait in to warlocks no relics This build is not for arena unless you are in 5 man que and teamm8s gonna support you and not steal stacks The later in the game the better
little back story i once Was in match when thoth first came out it was medusa thoth artmis They took my tower phenoix in under 9 mins Cause teamm8s fed and then dc both of em
then i solo held out for 37 mins and then won the match with this build granit you will need lots of practice to do things like that but in the end its worth it :D one last not vggl vvgf
