Iza is my adc main and I play her a lot in my personal experience bloodforge works better than devo as a first item and atlantas is a bit better than silver early on and asi would then replace wind demon quin sais or jotunns are good then deathbringer then silver branch, serrated, or maybe a dom but this is what works for me. feel free to try my build I spent a decent amount of time playing and adding onto the build

Ornate, Devo's, Qin's, Silverbranch, Wind Demon, Deathbringer is optimal build for her right now. Wind and Qin's can be swapped around if you want a slight laning boxing advantage in exchange for slower mid game tank dps power spike.

Also, don't think anyone competent is going Jotunn's on Iza, nor should they. Serrated can't be built on hunters.

As I said this build works best for me and in my personal experience. I also said serrated I meant heartseaker

Dominance would make a lot more sense. Heartseeker is just not a good option for her, regardless of your playstyle.

I was wondering if you had a suggestion for an Arena build? Or if anyone else looking at this build has a suggestion for an arena build?

For Arena you can go:

Cowl (Hunter's) > Crusher > Asi > Qin's > Silverbranch > Envenomed Deathbringer > sell Crusher late for Wind Demon if you have leftover gold.

Yeah, I agree with this build, and can probably fit in an obow if you want.

Obow can help with clear but it’s kind of a waste because she can clear just during basics easier than most adcs and she can also hit multiple ppl at ful power with basic attacks so ur better off building a different item

Obow isn't just for wave clear. It's good for teamfight dps if enemies are grouped.

Since the last Crusher nerf though, for arena i'd actually go:

Cowl (Hunter's) > Asi > Qin's > Silverbranch > Wind Demon > Envenomed Deathbringer
