DECAY (Dark Stance) - Hel fires an orb of decay that deals damage and passes through minions. The orb will explode in a 12 unit radius if it hits a god or reaches max range.

RESTORATION (Light Stance) - Hel fires an orb of restoration that damages enemy minions and stops on gods. Hitting an enemy god deals damage. Hitting an allied god provides that god and Hel Health and Mana.

REPULSE (Dark Stance) - Hel conjures a burst of dark energy around her, damaging all nearby enemies.

INSPIRE (Light Stance) - Hel conjures a burst of light energy around her, healing herself instantly and applying a heal over time to nearby allies that ticks every 1s. This heal is half as effective when healing minions. Hel gains Increased Movement Speed, and allies gain a reduced amount (7%) for the duration. Hel and allies also gain 20% Attack Speed while the buff is active.

Passive - Hel gains increased MP5 and half of all benefits gained from Switch Stances are shared with allied gods within 30 units.

Introduction

Thank you for taking the time to read my guide and I hope you will enjoy it. Note this is my first guide and I am only level 23, but I've been playing Hel a lot and realized there wasn't really a lot of Hel builds. Anyways I hope you guys enjoy.

Items

Vampiric Shroud - Very good on most if not all mages because of good lane clear and this will aid Hel because she is very mana hungry
Chronos Pendant - Very good for the extra mp5, damage, and the cooldowns? Although you could replace this with Breastplate of Valor for physical protections.
Shoes of the Focus - Very good for the cooldowns which combined with Chronos Pendant will give you maxium cooldown reductions. Although you could replace this with Shoes of the Magi for the extra damage.
Warlock Sash - Takes a long time to build stacks but once you finish those stacks you will be more tanky and have a good amount of magical power. Although you could get Ethereal Staff for its amazing health and passive I prefer Warlocks Sash.
Book of Thoth - Very good combined with Warlock Sash and very annoying to build stacks, but just imagine once your done with these stacks. (Pretty Damaging)
Lotus Crown - Very good for the team because this just might save their life and this item will gives you protections.
Rod of Tahiti - Very damaging item although I sometimes trade this out with other items because this is leaning more of a tanky and healing build rather than damaging.

Pros / Cons

Pros:
-Good Healing
-Pretty Tanky
-Good Lane Clear
-Amazing Mid Game

Cons:
-Not too good early game.
-Could be more damaging
-Late Game Hurts Her

Team Work

Very good with Anubis because of his damage and combined with yours and heals, you two will be amazing. Hel can work with hunters because they are squishy and if a assassin ganks them and you're there you might just be able to save their life.

Summary

This guide is mostly healing and tanky but since it has some damage I called it a damaging build. If I feel I did good on this build I'll probably do another one on He'll and then start moving to other gods.
