Hel can drop nukes as well as heal her team within radius for reliable portions. Her lane clear is surprisingly efficient and very speedy. Hel's 4 is locked until 5 but not unusable, they let you start out of the gate being able to switch between stances. Her early game can be kind of tender. And depending on if you play with Meditation or not, you should conserve mana. Always be checking for a blue buff near you.
Hel's mana is a vital part to her role, without it. She is no longer a supportive player for the team, she's also not a big help having to always teleport back to base.
Mana and MP5 I would say is more useful to her then health itself with mana she can heal herself and team members repeatedly. Her Cool down reduction is decent, but to be most effective you will be spamming your 3 spells in light stance and your 3 spells in dark stance. This is why I found the best build for her to be revolved around Mana and Cooldown. With Maxing your stacks on "The Book of Thoth", the item will give you 875 mana alone while converting 3% of your overall mana into power. The rest of the items will contribute to raising that overall mana while helping with Magic power, Cooldown and MP5.
