Introduction, to how i play and like tyr.

Welcome to my first build, on Tyr. Tyr is a strong warrior in solo lane and can also jungle. If built correctly he can be a amazing bruiser. I prefer to build a lot of damage on Tyr but in the laning phase being more tanky pays off.

Pros / Cons

PROS CONS
Great burst damage Long cooldowns
Can build tanky. Missing fearless hurts
Can build damage if you want. Not good against mages.

Skills

Offence stance (The orange one)
Fearless - Tyr charges forward knocking up all enemies in front of him hitting them twice
When using fearless, try to get behind them and pull them into tower or closer to your group. Also use them to lock them against a wall,

Cleave - Its a basic slash in a short range in front of him. Usually used right after fearless.

Change stance - Change into either offence or defense stance. Offence stance give extra physical power, defense stance give extra protections. Also modifies the abilities.

Defense stance (the blue one)
Fearless - Tyr charges forwards and goes through enemies dealing a small amount of damage.
You run away with this. (not so fearless after all huehuehue)

Cleave - The same thing but give heals.

Law bringer - Tyrs ult is a dunk that deals damage. i use this to clear minion waves and camps and us it to run away, i dont always use it to secure a kill or catch up to an enemy

Team Work

PFFT he can gank pretty nicely and use fearless to trap enemies. Over all he has a pretty obvious utility and can be easy to counter and avoid.

Summary

So tyr is a god, in smite. i personally think he's my favorite god and can be amazing in solo lane.

Your build is fine (I like the inclusion of Spirit Robe), but the rest of it is kind of skimpy.

To improve the BB Coding use this guide: https://www.smitefire.com/smite/guide/code-blue-bbcoding-for-beginners-4537

Make sure to give it an upvote if it helps you. Also, make sure to add a lot more writing to your 'guide'. For it to be a full guide, it requires an itemiztion section.

Sadly, this is a downvote from me but if you want me to change my vote after you have fixed the guide, PM me.

This guide basically says "Yeah Tyr is Great!" but doesn't follow through in telling us as readers why he's so great, or how to take advantage of that greatness.

On the notion that his utility is "Obvious". Don't write a guide assuming things will be obvious. Something that's obvious to you might not be to someone who just started Smite. Explain things in detail!

For Example: When you're in a teamfight as Tyr, you should focus your efforts on keeping the enemies controlled. This would be a great time to consider using Lawbringer to put yourself in the midst of the enemy team because Lawbringer does a lot of damage in a large radius. When you land, turn around and use your OFFENSIVE STANCE Fearless and Power Cleave combo to knock as many enemies as you can, back into your team for some swift and brutal JUSTICE (Pun Intended).

You have a good base to work with but this guide definitely needs some work.

The guide is not complete, you need to add some more sections for gameplay, you need to write more against match ups because it is very important in solo.

Also you'd better include in your build that if you are against magical solo laner, then you'd better get stone of gaia or pestilence and not Runeforged Hammer. Spirit Robe and Witchblade are situational. You get the first if there are many gods who focus on CC and then bursting you down, and second if there are AA based gods.

You need to see how others make their guide here. At least the building part.

Needs a bit more work.
