For anti-heal build, Shadowsteel Shuriken 7th and Wind Demon 8th. For Berserker's Shield, place it after Devourer's Gauntlet and remove Wind Demon.
For anti-heal build, Shadowsteel Shuriken replaces Wind Demon.
For anti-heal build, Toxic Blade 5th, Atalanta's Bow 7th and Titan's Bane 8th.

These builds mostly look okay, but have some suggestions.
In "All-Season Tires," don't like the Titan's Bane there in the 1st build example. Solid build if you replace that with Wind Demon, as I think the build can use more AS. You also have the option of switching the places of Rage and Atalanta's Bow to start stacking Rage earlier.
On that 2nd example, I'd only consider Berserker's Shield in that 3rd spot if you're having a particularly tough time with the lane opponent (assume hunter) and either a phys Supp or Jungle attempting ganks often. And usually in those cases, you just ward to cover those attempts and play closer to your tower if needed. I like Berserker's as a late-game option typically, because I think you'll get better use out of Atalanta's Bow and Fail-Not earlier. Granted, I wouldn't go Fail-Not in a Devo's build at all.
In "All-Terrain Tires," I don't know that I'd advertise Magi's Cloak as a stock item. It can be considered as situational, as your first option should always be Purification Beads. I do see your notes stating you can switch Magi's for BBS, but honestly, you should really be considering Toxic Blade if you need anti-heal, rather than BBS, because you only apply BBS's anti-heal through the 1 and ult, and this is geared more toward basic attacks. And again, don't know if I'd advertise Titan's Bane. Silverbranch Bow, Toxic Blade, and Berserker's Shield are all potential options in a Qin's-based build...wonder why Berserker's was in the other build, but is not even mentioned here.
That 2nd build, wouldn't personally go Shifter's...would still probably rush Trans. And again wouldn't get Titan's.
And while I get the concept behind Runeforged Hammer in the Winter builds, I think there are better and/or higher priority items than that.
And note that you have a "physical trading" build, but a rushed Ichaival is actually helpful against magical gods too.
