You should fix your skill leveling order, prioritizing Crescent Moon Dance, followed by Moonflower Dance and for last the Moonlit Waltz. The ulti is optional upgrade it ASAP or only late game, however I recommend ASAP.

Something like this:
Crescent Moon Dance - 1,4,6,7,10 (or 9 if your ulti is down).
Moonlit Waltz 3,15,16,18,19
Moonflower Dance - 2,8,11,12,14
Waxing Moon 5,9 (or 10 if your ulti is down),13,17,20

I think your solo needs a bit of a rework. I'd go Mage's Blessing-> Shoes of Focus->lotus crown-> Void Stone for a solo opponent and swap void and crown around for a magical one. That would give you an early 20% CDR that you can play around when trying to max it (sell the blessing for the 2nd CDR item). I would only look at Breastplate of Valor and Genji's Guard if the enemy team had 4+ physical for the former or 4+ magical for the later (it does happen). The rest of your items are fine though I'd skip the speed pot and go with a 500 pot when your build is finished. If the game goes on long enough, grab a 3k pot as well. I'd also add Obsidian Shard, Ethereal Staff, and Soul Reaver as situational items when facing a tanky team (3+ gods are building magical defense).

You're capping CDR in both your mid and solo builds. Sell Breastplate lategame for mantle of discord in both builds and swap boots for spirit robe or something like spear of desolation.

For the Mid build swap cdr boots for pen boots as it's clearly a damage focused build yet you have no pen (and again, you cap cdr). Obsidian shard should also be presenet as an alternative item.
