Chapter Title

I've been using this build for a little while now with Chronos, and I think that with the boots and the pendant getting the cool down is my main focus. Being able to keep using his 2nd ability where you can either heal yourself, or have your mana instantly restored enables one to stay out in the battle for longer periods of time.

Make sure you don't get caught up in the farther reaches of the lane. Chronos cannot take hits. His ultimate is best used for escaping, but remember, the ultimate takes you to the spot where you were 8 seconds ago (What is this bull riding?).

I find that the combo that best benefits the team and the player using Chronos is 2-3-1. Use your X ability to power up(2), then hit them with a stun(3), then take more HP with the first ability(1). (Sorry I forget the names of the abilities ATM, but do they really matter? The concept is what holds here)

Chronos has a passive ability that gets him a stack of power every 2 minutes. I feel that building as many stacks as possible with him is the way to go. Not only do the stacks help him gain power, but he has a buff in section three of his 2nd ability(X button) that also help deal additional damage.

I build stacks with this guy, and if you have a halfway decent team mate with you, they will undoubtedly finish off the enemy. It is especially frustrating for the other team when you can stun them in the middle of their attacks.

The ultimate(Triangle button) for Chronos is also useful for avoiding ultimates from Ares, and Hades, as it allows you to escape from Ares' chains, and escape the radius of damage from Hades' damage.

One important thing to remember is that Chronos is a late game type of character. He gets stronger as the game clock progresses.

You can help heal yourself and team mates with the meditation cloak, as well as restore mana. Your abilities will also help sustain you too, this is the reason for using the money up front on the boots. The 2nd relic can help you escape if you get caught up, and can also slow enemies down if you're on the chase with a team mate.

Chronos can be a beast, just be careful with him. He is not going to get a bunch of kills in every game. Primarily because he is more late game. However, if you find yourself in a match that is going long, then this dude is a force to be reckoned with. Just make sure you don't get caught alone, he will not be taking many hits with this build. But hot damn, he will deal out the damage.

I edited this build with polynomicon snd soul reaver. Stick with shoes of focus. Extra mana will give better overall magic power rating than other boots. Have fun! Cancel that! 😜

Ok there are four main problems with this build:
1.Double stacking power items.
2.The Relic Choices.
3.Lack of Magical Penetration.
4.The ability leveling order.

Book of Thoth and Warlock's Sash should not be built in the same build due to their price and their necessity of requiring stacks to be most effective, meaning you will delay your effectiveness in the later stages of the game by quite a bit. Your build also has no Magical Penetration so your damage will suffer, especially against guardians, warriors, anyone who builds protections and structures. The relic choices are also not ideal, as Purification Beads and Aegis Amulet are going to be more helpful in most situations than Meditation Cloak and Horrific Emblem. And lastly your leveling order is very strange, I recommend instead prioritising Time Rift, then Stop Time, and then you decide between either Accelerate or Rewind.

To show you example builds that would be better:
Build 1: Shoes of the Magi, Book of Thoth, Spear of Desolation, Obsidian Shard, Rod of Tahuti, Chronos' Pendant. Relics: Aegis Amulet and Purification Beads.

Build 2: Shoes of Focus, Bancroft's Talon, Spear of Desolation, Obsidian Shard, Rod of Tahuti, Soul Reaver. Relics: Aegis Amulet and Purification Beads.

Build 3: Shoes of the Magi, Warlock's Sash, Obsidian Shard, Polynomicon, Rod of Tahuti, Chronos' Pendant. Relics: Aegis Amulet and Purification Beads.
