Hi there! I'm HenkBanaan, playing smite since the beta! Recently Chiron has been one of my favorite hunters so thought I would share my perspective on the adc powerhouse that is FABULOUS Chiron! Hope you enjoy, and please leave your comments so i can correct or improve this guide!
[*] bluestone pendant: early item for clearing and DoT, also gives a little bit of mana
[*] Bumba's mask: Gives you the edge early on to clear red and purple. Also gives you that just bit extra at the gold fury or other camps
[*] Warrior tabi: shoes..... do I need to say more? Alright, the physical power is nice with the pen you get later on!
[*] Executioner: Works perfectly with Chiron, you don't need to start with lifesteal but you really need the attack speed and a lot of pen to deliver the best damage with your aa's, apply marks and do a lot of damage with skills
[*] Brawlers beatstick: pen, power, healing and regeneration reduction. Works awesome, les healing from allies, more damage on skills and aa's
[*] Bloodforge: Mostly bought because of the shield, Chiron has nice self-healing so this is a bit of a luxury item. The shield is amazing though, when you chase down enemies with giddyup you can get out safely because of the shield. KEK
[*] Titan's bane: A nice final item so everything does a lot more damage, either swap this item with brawlers so you get the 33% early on, but this works the best for me.
Chiron is a very mobile powerhouse that received a significant buff lately. His skill Training Exercise marks all enemies for masterful shot and so you can hit multiple enemies very quickly. That explains the early bluestone pendant. After getting bluestone and bumba's you will be heading towards the redbuff, you will attack it and receive almost all of your health after killing them with training exercise and aa's. After that you will be heading towards purple attack this with your training exercise and aa's until your guardian is in the vicinity so you can disengage and go into lane with full health.
Clearing with Chiron has never been so easy, hit the full minion wave (and enemies if you can) with training exercise and then with masterful shot. Do this and then with the ticks from bluestone you will be able to outclear almost every adc in game. Especially when you come to the lane first, with this combo you can get early pressure on the lane.
Chiron is very mobile hunter, his giddy up skill allows you to easily get out of awkward situations, especially combined with training exercise that removes cc from the area. Knowing that you shouldn't head in to fights without thinking. Use your giddyup when you are in danger or to chase down enemies. Same goes for your ult, it can rescue you from death and it has a very long reach. Use it wisely. It also marks enemies and it gives so much satisfaction to almost kill your opponent with your ult and when they think they are safe you can kill them with masterful shot. That's why you should always have your masterful shot up when you ult. So those pesky opponents don't stand a chance at getting away with just a few bars left.

Lol on "FABULOUS" Chiron. It's really interesting to see the amount of discussion the new skin has created.
Anyway, to the build. If I were to state the overall feeling I get from it, it's...basically ADD...either a lack of focus or trying to do everything all at once. I'll try to explain.
To clarify, your start is perfect. That's probably the common start for him, though perhaps Bumba's Mask is by preference. I think that's how I'd start these days as ADC, since he has a pretty nice escape.
Your build examples are both...okay, in a way. I won't say that you couldn't find success with them, but I feel that you are fluctuating too much on different build styles, especially with regard to the build order. You're basically making him a hybrid, but without being strong at one or the other at any specific time. I understand the thought process, but I think splitting his build like this may make him less effective.
When we consider Chiron as a hybrid hunter, it's because he relies more strongly on abilities than other hunters, and his scaling is pretty good on his abilities. He can still deal a lot of damage with basic attacks...he's a hunter after all, but...well, let me approach this a different way (can you see I'm finding it hard to explain my thoughts?).
Now let's talk about your builds, based on the previous info.
