If you're in the lead, I would revoke to get doom orb, because of the increased amount of magical power per stack.
If you are behind or have weak defense, then go with Dynasty Plate Helm, because the flat out magical power without having to work for stacks helps boost enough magic.
If you are playin ADC or have weak allies in a team fight, then buy lotus crown
If you are playing more pusher mid style, then get Winged Blade
The choice of relics is purely situational. As a mid I would recommend getting a defensive buff that helps such as purification or sanctuary. Another option of you are constantly getting ganked would be sprint.
