Thebes early definitely shouldn't apply for Chaac solo, since you won't be using the tower to kill the minions?
Bran? Kriega? Devampi?
For those who want still health together with magical protections, I put there the optional Caduceus instead of Ancile which has less power and caps you out in physical protections and items of just magical protections and health. Optionally you can build them, especially Pestilence if healers on the enemy team. Let me tell you, even with this build order, a warrior has rarely (maybe never as I can remember) been able to get a kill on me, one on one, while I can get kills. If there were any deaths on my behalf they were all on ganks by the jungler and me on low health.
So the build is beautifully balanced as a tank you are (for the team) and lets you peel and do a real deal of damage. Since Bran posted the graph of protections and the diminished returns I always balance the builds accordingly and it gives one the opportunity to build some damage as well.
That said, I agree with the comments for the order of the items. I'm ending many times swapping them in conquest - altering the order. This is not a problem in Joust, Arena,... The build is thought for every gamemode but in conquest the stacking of the Thebes is a problem (not in duo lane though as Herc for example). A lot of times when I build by the order it goes well and I'm pretty confident with the build, but sometimes the stacking can bother you. This and the other thing, that you are building one item that gives you health and HP5 only, when that early one can get some power together with that same health e.g Sledge and it helps you get some kills on the opponent but my direction is towards becoming viable as a tank and give the team support in teamfights as early as I can.
I'm focused in keeping/winning the lane, maybe getting some kills and becoming a tank first, then a 'bruiser over time. This, I think helps the team a lot. Mid and lategame goes very good with the build. The build is there, you can alter the order of the items as you wish but I strongly recommend it.
For example against a physical you may go as well with this order:
Warrior's Blessing>Breastplate>Warrior Tabi>Runic Shield>Gauntlet>Ancile then accordingly
if he heals a lot
Warrior's Blessing>Breastplate>Warrior Tabi>Pestilence>Gauntlet>Ancile then accordingly
or some other order like gauntlet fourth
Against a magical god you may go(happens to me a lot like this):
Warrior's Blessing>Runic Shield>Warrior Tabi>Breastplate>Gauntlet>Ancile then accordingly
or if heals a lot/a healer on enemy team
one option: Warrior's Blessing>Pestilence>Warrior Tabi>Breastplate>Gauntlet>Ancile then accordingly
the other: Warrior's Blessing>Runic>Warrior Tabi>Breastplate>Gauntlet>Pestilence then accordingly
Get Boots as a second Item if you prefer. Depends on the enemy as well.
p.s Tried a lot of builds (some of which I've deleted in here) and it is difficult to balance things like this one does for me lately.
And the issue here is you still dont see how you're giving bad advice to newer players by suggesting to them they should rush and stack an item that gets stacks off minion assists on a pick that clears fine (aka, should be last hitting) and tends to do well early in laning phase, and not getting boots first just screws your early pressure also. Basically, making an early game's god's early pressure worse for no intelligent reason.
The Sledge
Warrior Tabi
Breastplate of Valor
Runic Shield
Ancile
Void Shield
I would also suggest getting Blink Rune so you can get into the center of grouped up enemies and use your ultimate.
You can replace boots with Elixir of Speed + Brawler's Beat Stick or Heartseeker

I think in Conquest these orders work as well:
Blessing>Tabi>Gauntlet>Breastplate>Runic>Ancile ...
Against Physical
Blessing>Tabi>Breastplate>Runic>Gauntlet>Ancile ...
Against Magical
Blessing>Tabi>Runic>Breastplate>Gauntlet>Ancile ...

Your idea for the build, which I have to say it's pretty good and I'm seeing it a lot Heartseeker built in warriors. I will try it in the future to see how it goes, but by the stats I'm not feeling as much confident as with the build I gave here. I put importance to the health a lot and the suggestion you give lacks a bit in that aspect and in magical protections.

So I don't know, by the stats I feel much more comfortable with my recommendations especially in the direction of health but also magical protections. Depending on the enemies' team composition I will use your suggestion and see for myself how it goes.
That said, I really hope this isn't for Conquest, as so much of his early game potential would be washed down the drains. Agreed in general with the overall comments above.
For assault, it depends on who I'm playing. the hp5 and mp5 is good for guardian's blessing. Bran likes specialist blessing on healers, etc.
In clash, I just prefer to rush boots to complete my build faster. The passive gold gain in Clash feels pretty high, so I just prefer to finish my build faster.
Yea agreed that Clash is just two lane arena. Gold pool is pretty high too, which is why I just rush boots or The Sledge.
Arena: haven't played it enough with tanks would pick it up most likely.
assault: Depends on my starter item (team comp etc) if I even get a blessing, but most assassins, warriors and aggressive guardians it's a go, unless it's a farm for late game. would even consider it on some mages.
joust: any mage or aggressive guardian, the latter if the matchup allows the aggression and does not require sitting back. this might change with the prot buff on guardians.
clash: most mages & assassins. pretty much all warriors and guardians. the prots and true damage are just too good.
While for tanky gods it;s mostly about the prots for the other classes it's the difference 25 true damage can make during the first fights, it's a huge damage enhancement on your poke damage if you go from ~75 to 100, which can be 1/5 of someones health
