These are approximate values, for a build I use as a clash casual, that has some not so bad lifesteal and damage with a minimum amount of penetration. It's in an ugly format and I might update when I've read more through the other builds/guides for ideas on layouts.
Full build up to 100% Crit chance with Artemis' passive on basic attacks, otherwise base 90%.
Basic attack damage before protections 270-310, Crit 610-700 ?might be off?
Power 185-225 depending on setup.
Lifesteal base 44%, up to 69% from Asi for 5 seconds when below 35% health.
Attack speed 1.55-1.75 depending on Warrior Tabi or Ninja Tabi choices - up to 2.5 with Vengeful Assault and Wind Demon proc using v3. v1 and v2 will exceed the attack speed cap 20%.
Penetration, 15 flat from Asi.
Attack speed at 1.75, you can hit 2.5 cap just activating Vengeful Assault.
Wind demon for extra escape and chase potential, and attack speed proc taking you to 1.95 a.spd for when Vengeful Assault is down.
I don't usually complete Asi until later and the attack speed from Light Blade can be handy, if you really want you could build into The Executioner here.
1.8 Base attack speed up to (over) 2.5 cap with Vengeful Assault.
Poison Star, reduce the damage and slow the enemy by 20% on crit (90-100% chance).
I've listed Bloodforge as the final item because it seemed hard to justify Devourer's Gauntlet in this order when you have to stack it for an extra 9% lifesteal over Bloodforge. Though even in combination with the Asi, I think there are times that 9% can be noticeable. Either way the blood shield is great too.
This setup has a base attack speed of only 1.55 and caps at 2.5 with both Vengeful Assault active and Wind Demon proc'd.
The previous 2 builds would provide around 15-20% additional base attack speed for when you don't have Vengeful Assault active, but can exceed the attack cap of 2.5 roughly by the same 15-20%.
