Starting out

Early on Bakasura should always get his devour skill first. It can instantly kill the lower camp monsters and building up the 6 minions for your ult as soon as possible is always useful. Usually going with attack speed or damage as your choice of buff and leading into the minion wave to devour the large minion first.

Starting to chow down

Once your ult is unlocked you can really do the damage to drop the enemy gods quick. The ult gains the life steal, power, speed, and crit chance that your items grant so late game it can tear up even the bulkiest guradians. But the way you want to initiate with yor ult is to use the AOE directly behind them (get them inside the circle closest to the front as you can) then leap directly into the center of your ult circle. Because the AOE is a cripple the enemy will not be able to leap or dash out of it so you can go to town with a short, but sweet cone shaped crit cannon. (if you have crit items at this point) the 3 ability is utterly amazing for clearing wether it be camps for buffs (damage and attack speed), minion waves in 1-2 hits per minion (don't forget to devour!) And pushing an enemy god back to the border of their tower.

Choosing your partners and fights

When it comes to most assassins they can pick a single target out. Get in. Get the kill. And get out. Bakasura is the same as them but... He doesn't have to be! Getting attack speed and life steal early along with your devour skill on a minion wave will give you incredible sustain during a teamfight or a 1 on 1 or 2 on 2 battle. Using a powerful crowd control or stunning guardian or Hunter (Medusa,Artemis, Yamir, Hades, Ares, Sylvanus) will allow you almost a guaranteed kill on anyone trapped in one of their powerful abilities. Ulting on top of them and critting them to death or leaping in and using your 3 abilities true damage buff and speed buff to take a bite out of their health. Make sure that if you become overwhealmed and you don't see an out. Turning around and attacking back with your 3 or regular basics, along with your life steal is an option. Bakasura has high movement speed, take advantage of it.

Dont over extend !

Your building a powerful fast life stealing glass cannon. If you try to tower dive or initiate a fight when your clearly outnumbered and most likely overpowered is just a bad idea. If you are 1 on 1 then Bakasura can almost beat any gods in the game and with the proper active items he is unbeatable.

Buffs and objectives

He is even able to solo the fire giant upon getting your second life steal item (in the right order). And the Gold Fury will feel the sharp pain of your teeth in meer seconds. In siege mode the siege monster in the lanes can stand for quit a bit of damage but the siege Monster in the jungle melts to your crit speed. Arena siege minions will drop the ball when they see you coming and towers need repair men when you start attacking. Using your 3 will increase your damage and attack speed on all of the objectives except for towers and Phoenix (attack damage won't increase speed will still increase) so if your in an open lane using this will ensure much faster tower kills. The titan can be slowed by your ult and because you have been devouring minions and camp monsters (you have haven't you? Don't forget to do this) you will summon an additional 6 minions when you AOE hits the ground and will take the titans attention away from you.

Overview and personal opinion

Bakasura is an absolute powerhouse besting Loki, Serqet, Ravana, Mercury, and all the other assassins. I regularly can get 15+ kills in conquest, 10+ in arena, 10+ in joust(3v3), and siege mode can rack up about 15+ kills. An excellent jungler even without the basic jungler items. I never get the recommended jungler build items even early and pretty quickly you will be on par, or possibly above the level of your duo lane team and the ganks with Bakasura'a ult are too easy. Paired with a good stunner. He's a killer. Don't waste your ult, your leap will save your life if you get overwhelmed (which rarely happens to the devourer god). Be aggressive but know when to engage. It takes time to learn his flow (like any other god) but once you learn you have yourself a teamfight trump card, a jungle master, a lane devourer, and an objective obliterator.
