Basic Skill Progression:
This is really simple, when you get a target in range you buff your attack speed using Vengeful Assault knock their health down to nothing and use Suppress the Insolent to finish them off.
Traps:
You should only use your traps in 2 situations in order to save your mana.
1. As a defensive maneuver. Take some time to practice, but a trap is extremely effective at helping you escape from a chasing enemy on your way back to the base. Just drop the trap right in front of you and they should hit it allowing yourself to get away and a teammate to have the upper hand on getting the kill shot.
2. As a secondary stun. Want to really frustrate the entire enemy team? When your teammate lays down a stun or a hard CC (Ravana, ***bakarna, and Ymir come to mind) Drop the trap right next to seal their fate.
Ultimate:
This is the best, occasionally to be used as an escape, but my favorite is to wait until the enemy team rushes you. When at full build and you are doing 600 - 800 damage PER SHOT you can really turn the tables on an entire team.
Alright, I am going to keep this really simple. Artemis is hands down the best hunter in the game when you are playing in any open map whether that is 3v3 or 5v5. People point to her lack of escape as to why she shouldn't be considered a top tear hunter, well shut up and look at this damage output. As long as you can keep most CC only guardians away from you they do not stand a chance. Even Loki will be avoiding you, since you can immediately trap him as he pops up behind you and take him out in 3 shots.

You have no lifesteal on a goddess with no leaps and her only "true" way of escape being her ultimate. Once you are focused without your ult you will die instantly. Lifesteal can help fix that by giving you sustain and maybe outheal the damage that you are taking.
You are overcapping attack speed on a goddess with an 80% steroid to her attack speed already. You can afford to have some power based items like Warrior Tabi instead of Ninja Tabi as your steroid does alot of the work for you. Ichaival is not even remotely effective during the late game stages that Artemis shines in. It is more of a early game item and should be sold later on for something better.
This might not be an issue for some but just a heads up for everyone, getting Qin's Sais on top of crit like Deathbringer and Malice is VERY expensive and can hinder you from getting to late game unless you are being fed. Artemis might be an exclusive late game god and a very powerful one at that, but you would want to get there as fast as possible to make that impact sooner. If you are feeding, I would surely not get both in the same build.
