Ares Arena Build [High Damage and Sustain]

Ares Is an all round powerful god in smite; he can easily change the leading team by demolishing the enemy team. His Ultimate "No Escape" Can easily be combined with many ultimates and abilities. The most effective would be AoE abilities; These include Vulcan's Abilities [ especially his ultimate "Earthshatter" ], Scylla's abilities [ especially her ultimate "I'm A Monster" this ability would also allow her to finish off surviving enemies after the stun has worn off ] and also He Bo's abilities [ especially "Crushing Wave ]. All these ultimates deal devastating damage but aren't that easily hit [ especially to many enemies ] with ares' ultimate their ultimates hit massive damage to many teammates giving your team a massive advantage and allowing you to escort minions into the enemy team's portal after a "deicide".

Ares also can do a vast amount of damage alone by combining his abilities "Shackles" [ allowing the shackles to stack three times dealing 315 damage per tick - without added magical power or items ] and then applying "searing flesh to also add another 35 damage per tick without added magical power.

Shackles also Cripples enemies [ preventing movement abilities ] this has a massive affect on many assassins such as; Nemesis [ not able to use her dash ], Mercury [ also preventing dash ], Arachne [ preventing ultimate ability ] and including all gods who have a leap ability - this is a vast majority of gods, especially assassins.
