I go by MrGecko in game and I have been playing since the summer of 2012. I main ADC and Anhur if definitely my main god but I can play all ADCs. Most ADC can use this build order (Apollo/Cupid) but I am trying to work on a better build at the moment for Artemis.
When you start get Deaths Toll and Warrior Tabi and one blue and green pot.
When you have 1230 or can wait for 1950 go back and get Devourer's Gloves. DON'T FINISH YOUR WARROIR TABI.
If you do die early or fall behind then skip Hearseeker all together and move on to Qin's Sais
After you have got Hearseeker then carry on as normal with the rest of your build.
Deaths Toll is an essential for any ADC as it gives you some sustain in the early game.If you take damage for whatever reason you can play safe and just keep auto attacking minons just to get some health back. Also the extra mana you get for each hit maybe be small (+1) but it does help when your blue buff runs out.
Warrior Tabi are the only types of boot/shoe you will need. My reasoning for not getting Ninja Tabi is that the cooldown reduction isn't useful on Anhur as you do not use his abilitys to burst someone down so you do not need them to up very quickly after use. Also who doesn't love a bit of early game penatration against tanks.
Devourer's Gloves is now the new stacking item to get after the 8th Jan patch. You will now have less damage but you will gain lifesteal. As lifesteal was removed from Qin's Sais this will now server as your lifesteal item. You still gain 50 physical power when you fill the stacks but more importantly you get 25% lifesteal. Your main damage will come from the passive of Qin's Sais.
Qin's Sais I personally go for this item next but you can go for Rage next and then Qin's Sais after. I go for Qin's Sais for the raw damage you get, 30 physical power plus its passive where you do 20 damage plus 6% of the targets missing health. This is incredibly strong especially late game.
Rage is one of the strongest items for ADCs I think just for its passive. Rage's attack speed as well as the passive makes it really strong. If you don't get a crit on your first hit you will on your next or the one after. Also the added attack speed really allows you to deal more damage to impaled enemy god.
Deathbringer I get this item for the passive and crit chance but the +50 physical power isn't bad. The passive add an extra 50% damage to your crits and that is why I get Deathbringer straight after Rage. This means you can destroy most people. Plus more crit chance means even more damage.
Last Item after selling Deaths Toll I can't give you a perfect guide to every team. So the last item I would advise looking at why are you dying or what the enemy team comp is like. For example if their team is really tanky then look to get titan bains. Need more sustain in team fights? Then get something Brawlers Beatstick. Need more attack speed then Executioner.
ActivesI have put down beads and aegis but this is also another thing where you have to look at what the other team has. They have no CC then don't get beads but Aegis is usaully a good shout. Sprint also works well on Anhur.
Desert Fury can do lots of damage and will lots of your kills. The higher the rank the more damage it does, simple.
Implale will be your most used ability. You will use it as a stun, wave clear and sometimes an escape. The thing that people underestimate about the impale is the amount of damage it does. If you know what you are doing you can secure kills with it and not just push them away.
Shifting Sands isn't just a slow, it actually adds damage to your basic attacks. The reason I would max this before disperse is you will use disperse a lot more and the higher rank an ability the more mana it needs. Shifting Sands if useful when attacking netrual buffs with the extra damage.
Disperse will mainly used as an escape 99% if the time and will get you kills very very little. So keeping this at rank one for as long as possible means that it only requires 60 mana where as it costs 80 mana at the highest rank. There will be many situations where 20 mana can make the difference between a jump and escaping and you dying.
Early Game just try and farm and get your Devourer's Gloves full. If you have an Athena/Sobek as an support then you could possible get a kill if they get a good pull. Otherwise do not jump in for a knock up stun as you will be caught out and the minon do alot of damage. Don't forget the blue timers (4 mins) and just keep your jump ready for possible ganks.
Mid Game is when you should start looking for kills. Your impale will do a lot and with a combo of stun then ult will bring most gods down to very low. By this time you should have Devourer's Gloves and should be looking to get Rage. Your basic attacks will hurt. Your ganking potential is very good so if you have taken a tower or doing very well in your lane then rotate and possibly go mid for a gank or two. If you are behind then farm. You need to get Rage ASAP do you can start to do some damage.
Late Game you will hurt. A lot. You are very good at one on one in the jungle. But don't wonder off, you won't be tanky but you do have lifesteal to take people of. If you are in team fights stay back and don't jump in. With Rage and Deathbringer you can burst down people but so can you so don't get too involved.
The only real problem you will have is when you are against Cupid. In my personal opinion Cupid counters Anhur, not strongly but a bit. Cupid is very good at poking at you that be through hitting you directly with his heartbomb or hitting creeps thats die and then you get hit by the splash damage.
If you are playing against a Cupid there are two things to look out for, firstly try and impale the lane and then retreat and just keep basic attacking the creeps. There is no point in staying in range of his heartbomb. The other thing to look out for is his ultimate. Fields of Love has cripple on it so your escape (disperse) will be useless. So have beads up or just don't get caught.
But Anhur does do very well against a Artemis due to her lack of mobility and also if you time your jump correctly then you can escape her ultimate. But just watch out for her Suppress the Insolent which is high damage early game and very easy to hit.

Build
Typical ADC build, not much else to see here.
Item Explanations
Adequate. All ADCs seem to get the same items, anyway.
Skill Explanations
Bad. You don't give what all of the skills can do. For instance, Shifting Sands is good for also blocking minions waves, blocking the gold fury, juking attacks, slowing enemies, and bodyblocking.
Guiding/Gameplay
Bad, generic tips that give no help in using your skills in the right context, nor does it help you with teamfights and stuff.
Details
"Order of Item Buying" is outdated, and I think it should be fused with the item section.
You also seem to not understand any BBC coding.
Build
Bad, downvoted, need more detailed item/skills and expanded gameplay that isn't generic tips.
