Been messing with this since I started with Hades. Level the first 3 items how you see fit, depends on whether you need pen, lifesteal, or power more early game. Mid-game is where things get saucy because Ob Shard on top of Tahuti and Bancroft is already not OK for most that try to fight you. Late game stacking is not recommended by most, but after building what you already have from the start, no one will be able to stop you from snowballing into sweet oblivion.
Final Build 1 is designed to go against team comps that are stacking up their power, the extra HP from Warlocks Sash will keep you alive and add to your already ludicrous power numbers.
Final Build 2 is for people who want to fly Hades straight into teams like a kamikaze fighter. That pen plus that power from mid-game till the end will allow you to get bold and brash, while you remind the other team why they belong in the trash.
