SUMMARY OF CHANGES

In lieu of transcribing the incredibly long list of adjustments, I'll provide a brief summary of the major changes here:

• Bonus Balance Patch (June 30): Lots of nerfs! Aphrodite, Cthulhu, Heimdallr, Hel, Jormungandr, Nike, Sobek, Yemoja.
  
  
• Avatar Battle Pass: new battle pass & skins
  
  
• Ares Visual Update: Base, recolor, and mastery models have been updated
  
  
• Punishment Reports: complaints of too many reports, new system to better detect reports, including malicious reporting against people who have committed no infraction...repeated abuse of the system, e.g. mass reporting streamers falsely, habitually reporting opponents in Duel, etc—is a bannable offense.
  
  
• Vision Shard: changing the reminder to purchase a second relic to appear when you enter the fountain, instead of waiting until you’ve walked out.
  
  
• Ranked: Mid-Season ranked soft reset
  
  
• Conquest Mode Changes: Jungle shrine simplified, lane minion AI improvements, mid small harpy camps changed from 2 small to 1 elder, significant changes to jungle minion reaction (aggressive jungle minions!), strength, abilities and reward.
  
  
• Physical Penetration Shift: Massive rework (such as was done on Magical Pen items at the start of S7) that affects multiple items, including Titan's Bane, The Executioner, Atalanta's Bow, Silverbranch Bow, Wind Demon, Soul Eater, Heartseeker, Fail-Not, Serrated Edge
  
  
• New Physical Items: Serrated Edge (power/lifesteal/MS/%pen), Shadowsteel Shuriken (anti-heal crit item), The Sledge (bruiser item replacing Masamune)
  
  
• Other Major Item Adjustments: new Ringe of Hecate, Hide of the Nemean Lion, Spear of the Magus passive, Gladiator's Shield and Berserker's Shield are now T3 items with major reworks, buffs to a couple of relics
  
  
• Ratatoskr Rework: Rat finally gets his choice of Acorns back! New T3 versions called Evergreen Acorn, Thickbark Acorn, Bristlebush Acorn, and Thistlethorn Acorn. Also sees a buff to Acorn Blast.
  
  
• Other God Adjustments: many god adjustments, significant change to Neith's Unravel

so Shadowsteel Shuriken new meta item for crit builds on hunter for counter heal then?

Correct. Finally an anti-heal option for crit builds. Neither Brawler's nor Toxic Blade fit that build type.

so, Spear of the Magus instantly becomes a great pick on ares again and on a good amount of other gods, right?

I think i won't mind the shift from Masamune to The Sledge(although I don't really know that it is warranted but it lets them eliminate more movement oriented options as it seems like they have started to hit really hard).

Does anyone feel like the Mail of Renewal and Stone of Gaia boosts will affect how often they are picked up?

I feel like i will like the changes to Gladiator's Shield and Berserker's Shield and at least to the initial eye test they seem pretty balanced.

I don't know about the Serrated Edge..i feel like it is priced too low for what it provides, especially with the emphasis lately on taking movement speed away from so many items.

I think that Atalanta's Bow is a more intriguing item now for sure.

In early preparation for the big 7.7 patch, I've added the 3 new items ( Serrated Edge, The Sledge, and Shadowsteel Shuriken). Note that they can't be officially built until the July 14th.
