Veil vs Ymir 100% of the time. If no Ymir, Heavenly Wings/Blink is solid as well.
This build is NOT meant to be viable for any sort of competitive play, it's simply a meme build to screw around with in unranked. Stacking insane amounts of health and HP5 to juice up Gaia and Renewal passives also happens to play well with movement speed items such as Winged Blade and Relic Dagger, each giving 300 health and 10% movement speed.
Winged Blade is situational but considering the amount of slows in SMITE now it'll be procced as often as it's off cooldown for more zoomies, and will allow you to ignore barriers between you and your juicy plucks. Watch the enemy Poseidon panic when you get FASTER after stepping in his whirlpool.
Shield of Regrowth is also nutty for this because ALL of it's stats are perfect for us, but it's passive really helps us shine. Hit ANYTHING with your three and take off like a damn rocketship.
Evolved Thebes doesn't give movespeed but I mean, it's just strong asf here. The protections along with the 300 health and HP5 are really nice.
As long as you know when to get out (and trust me you CAN get out with this build LMAO) you can't really die. If you're low, chances are you're in a team fight, and if that's the case get a kill or assist and watch your health come back. Even better if the enemy team has a god that can proc the first passive for Gaia. Remember to press 3 every 10s for even more heals an nitro speed as well.

For example, I built it in a match recently as a Solo. In this particular instance, my team and I were the aggressors, looking to siege a phoenix, and I was the main front line. Although we had pressure, I was taking a considerable amount of damage, and my team had no healer. The sustain from Mail of Renewal, even when affected by Healing Reduction, provided enough sustain to allow me to stay front lining long enough to take multiple phoenixes. Not to mention, I was spamming abilities, so the Cooldown Reduction and Mana sustain were also significant.
