What you will want to do with this build is farm early, going for camps and minion waves just to build up gold. the more gold you have early game the better. what you will do with the abilities is once you reach level 3 you will approach enemies and throw your ice wall behind them (hunters espicially because of their range) and you will then freeze and throw your spikes. late game when paired with your carry this is an espicially deadly combo. another thing you can do paired with hunters with a stun, (anhur, apollo, ullr, etc...) you throw a wall behind them stun them then your hunter stuns them while you're hitting your ice spikes and they are railing them with their basics/criticals.
