So first I get charged Morningstar and three each of health and multi potions. Then I head to that spot on the path to the bull demon king so I can see if they're gonna try to gank from behind, the side, or straight on. Then at about 7 seconds I start heading over to the my mana camp. Start drinking my potions, one each at the same time for the faster health regen. And attack my camp. Usually with poison darts and my basic attack buff toggled. I like to be with my back against the wall so I can see them coming to try and steal. By the time my potions time out, the jungle monsters are dead and then I collect the buff with full health and maybe 3/4 mana that continues to regenerate.
So then the enemy will have either cleared a wave of my minions or gotten a buff themselves. Play it by ear but keep farming and using those potions to stay topped off. Hopefully you'll have outlasted your opponent and you can back a little bit after him. By this time you should have enough gold for transcendence and you can go build your stacks. I don't like to get any more potions cause I'm kinda ocd with my system. And if you play carefully, concentrating on minions, you should be fine. So you save up for warrior tabi and eventually soul eater. Once you have soul eater, sustain becomes much easier. And there is no shame in backing when you need to until then. You could be fine with just those three items I feel like. But then it just gets sweeter. Wind demon, gives you crits, power, plus an attack speed and movement bonus of 20% each when you crit, which helps you keep critting. After that, I like to fill the last two slots with two of those three items. Which ones depends on how my opponent has built. Although hastened fatalis is always a good idea.
Anyway that's pretty much it. You can keep your toggle on the whole time, you have over 500 movement with everything stacked and active. Over 700 during your ultimate. Which is around how much sun wu's bird has. With titan's bane, ending the game becomes easier like for the towers and the Titan of course. Plus I enjoy playing with this build very much, it's very fun. Even hide of the nemean lion can't stop you.
