Leveling Abilities:
In almost any circumstance it is always right to start with a level in your Raiju. It does an immense amount of damage and is pretty easy to land.
After that your focus should be your Taiko Drums, Raiju, Percussive Storm, Thunder Crash.
Using Abillites:
Raijin has a lot of burst damage in his kit and erase squishy gods with just his ultimate. However, alot of his damage is unconfirmed unless you play aggressive. Raijin must be played similar to a front line initiator.
Ability Combination:
Raijin is actually a pretty good initiator, if you use the abilities correctly.
1. Mark an enemy with Raiju
2. Use thunder crash on enemy, guaranteeing Raiju damage
3. Use Taiko Drums in the order of: 2,1,2,1
4. If enemy is still alive finish off with Percussive Storm
