This build starts out very slowly: Transcendence takes a while to stack and Winged Blade only provides you with 10% movement speed compared to boots' 18%. However, during the late-game, you'll have more movement speed than most gods and have sticking potential with Hastened Fatalis. In addition, the power from Transcendence and the Qin's Sais passive will give you a lot of auto-attack damage on any god. With Vamana's ult, Hide of the Urchin, and Spirit, you'll be unkillable while doing a lot of damage.
Situational Defense Items
I listed 3 items but more items can fit with this build.
Mantle of Discord
This item provides high defense of 60 physical and magical. Usually I would replace Spirit Robe with this item. You get extra cooldown reduction and defense. However, the damage reduction from Spirit Robe's passive is removed as is the cc reduction. I recommend this item over Spirit Robe when there's only one or two hard cc on the enemy team. You can replace Hide of the Urchin with this, but be careful because this item has a much higher price.
Pestilence
Magical defense, health and anti-heal. This item can replace Spirit Robe if you're willing to give up the cc reduction and cooldown reduction. This can replace Hide of the Urchin for less physical protection in the final build.
Breastplate of Valor
Replaces Spirit Robe. There's more cooldown reduction but less magical defense. Better on heavy physical enemy teams.
Situational Sixth Items
These items usually replace Qin's Sais. Alternate damage items are Stone Cutting Sword, more movement and a little armor reduction, or Brawler's Beatstick, for a little penetration and anti-heal. Gauntlet of Thebes is used if you need the extra survivability for your ult's heal.
This build is usually bad for conquest due to the slow start. In Clash, Arena, and Siege, the slow start is much less noticeable due to the high gold income that the mode starts out with.
The skills are pretty explanatory. The order is usually 3,2,1,3,4 for the first five levels.
Then you can max the 3 for better clear (like you would if you're playing conquest) or the 2 for more burst damage. The 1 is usually maxed last because of its low damage and the knockup cc does not get longer. You should max the ult whenever you can for the bigger physical buff unless you're using the ult purely for healing and not fighting. If Vamana's ult is only used for healing, hold off on maxing it until you need the ult for team fighting.
Use your 1 for knockup setups, chase and escaping.
Use your 2 for pure damage.
Use your 3 for damage or slowing the enemy.
Use your 4/Ult for healing, damage buff, or both if you're initiating the fight.
