I agree, Qin's scales with attacks speed, so Executioner should go first. This is would result in Warrior Tabi, HS, Sais, Exec, Rage, Bane. Also, you generally want Deathbringer over Rage if you only have room for one crit item, as the 50% extra dmg will help you much more than increased chance. Greater chance doesn't help if it's greater chance to do minimal dmg:P You could also explain actives. You should prolly get Wrath because your 3 is already a stunfist. I have seen some cheeky plays where a Kali 3s then ults to become invincible with more power, pops Girdle, and back doors the **** out of a Titan. Other than that, you should add teamfight section and jungling route, ability combos, and skill explanations with your own thoughts. Explain WHY one might need a situational item. Also provide some more basis for item choice. You are essentially saying to buy this because the guide says to. -1 until changes.

Swapping the order of The Executioner with Titan's Bane might be more beneficial just for the earlier game attack speed which will make Qin's Sais passive much more useful, especially considering that lowering enemies' defenses essentially gives you more pen anyway, and because they're about the same price.

I don't know if you were meaning to do some updating to this guide, but it definitely needs to be updated. Explaining all the items would be helpful, as well as generally being more in-depth. Look to other guides for some inspiration if you need to.
