Cons:
1. Low mana in early game.
2. Don't have a real Ultimate.

Summary

This build works on life steal the most. You have insane amount benefits from this build. Transcendence and Asi are the most two important things you need for this build. For the extra mana for early game and the insane life steal for the build. For one of the core items are not available in ***ualt so to replace put Stone of Gaia for Transcendence. The two Offense items help to get that extra power is Warrior Tabi and Rage to get that basic attack damage sky rocketing. For that extra life steal I put Soul Eater that gives buffs to nearby allies, and for that extra attack speed I put The Executioner for that bonus for Ullr. The actives First thing no matter what always buy Greater Purification the most important active in the game especially need for escaping. For chasing I put Weakening Curse to decrease healing and movement speed for low health gods. As always Happy Killing.

I'm still working on this so when you see this this is uncompleted I'm still BBcoding everything. I'm also going to add more sections to this build some of them will talk about Ullr strengths and weaknesses and how the build supports him countering the cons of himself and amplifying his pros at the same time.

In the future of this build I will add a section about Ullr and I don't know how to BBcoding on this website so that's why you don't see BBcoding.

The Ullr passive cant be solely relied on entirely. And really the only stacking item you need is Transcendence, Bloodforge gives the same stats as the gloves when stacked with basics.

Pls get The Executioner at least. Defense is at best an ADC's lifesteal for health because of the amount of damage they can deal.

Defense on an ADC? Double stack? No penetration? No attack speed? Hum... Nope. :D

Also, no BBcoding and your "pro/cons" section is just about the build, not about Ullr as a god.
The only thing I agree about is the fact that you buy beads on an ADC :p

Not voting for now. Second chance! ;)
