1) Maximum CDR is capped at 40%, this build has 65% which is overkill since 25% is unusable.
2) There's a lot of power but no crit items and very few pen items making this build's damage both inferior to the Unicorn build and a crit build
3) Only one lifesteal item will get you outboxed by another adc using one of the builds listed above
4) There's no attack speed which is ESSENTIAL for an adc to dish out his/her damage as fast as possible
5) 3 stacking items will force you to hold lane for an incredibly long amount of time, past the point where you should be rotating and helping your team.
6) Three mana items is unnecessary on an adc which primarily relies on burst damage and basic attacks, rather than abilities and sustain. If you're trying to really stay out of base for that much longer, just buy some mana pots.
Basically, do a bit more research and testing to see what builds work with adc's, I can't say I'd recommend this build to a newer player.
