Rama switches to a more powerful arrow that pierces and slows enemies. This ability consumes 1 of Rama's Astral Arrows and deals bonus damage with every shot. Damage from this ability is reduced to 80% for each enemy hit after the first. Rama cannot toggle this ability if he has no Astral Arrows. The slow can be stacked up to 3 times.

Ability Type: Buff
Bonus Damage: 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50

Every time Rama generates or picks up an Astral Arrow, the cooldown of this ability is reduced by 0.2s (includes passive regen + picked up deployables + generated arrows during stim).

Rama will fall down as soon as the 3 arrows have been used, or after 5s have passed. He is untargetable for the duration.

Intro

This is a build only, not a guide. This build is only situational. My example video is in a match of the day vs many tanky opponents and i decided to try building a lot of penetration items against them. With remarkable success as it turns out. Hopefully you can recreate my success with this build and enjoy it as much as I. Thanks for looking!

Video Example

This was in Cooldowns Runneth Over, so don't expect to be able to spam your 2 as much as I did!

Pros/Cons

Pros

+Decent Damage and steroid
+Good escape
+Nice simple kit
+Ult is incredibly satisfying to snipe kills with!

Cons

-Slow early game
-Pretty squishy
-Generally, once CC'd or caught with your escape on cooldown, you've had it!
-Everyone knows where and when you're going to land from your ult and there's usually a crowd of blood thirsty enemies waiting for you.

Summary

Rama has a very good kit, nice and easy and he packs a mighty punch once he's full build. Whilst this might not be the best build in some situations, it is good when vs tanky enemies. Plenty of penetration items, some crit and a dash of lifesteal to help you box and you're sorted. Good luck!

instead of going exe+titans pick up itemls that don't counter each other u can for example do this: warrior tabi+ichival(for it's flat pen and attack speed and it gives u a potential to box other attack damage carries)+asi(lifesteal attack speed and flat pen)+qin sais (to melt down tanks attack speed and power)+titans bane(yeah for the pen)+the crusher or beat stick (maybe jotuns for ability based adc's like neith)

I Agree.
although he has made this build for arena and he wants to go crit rama so:
Warrior Tabi, Ichaival, Asi into Deathbringer/ Rage, Malice/ Rage, wind demon.

Qins would also be good for the passive, and I would recommend it. Maybe instead of the crits you put in Qins and another item like Crushers for tower damage. Crits dont proc every second and if this is a tank killer might as well be consistent.

Wow, this build has sparked a debate. I feel so powerful. Thanks for the figures and advice on what I built. I'm not good enough to know these things, I am but a casual addict of the game. I guess I would probably be better throwing in Qin's or something instead.

I don't agree with IntellOyell's way of arguing, the whole "nanana, I can't hear you" bit is quite ridiculous. If you are incapable of forming an effective and coherent argument don't bother arguing. That said, he isn't wrong. You don't stack The Executioner with Titans bane. Yes, CakeSlapping you are correct that both together provide 54% effective pen. However, the problem is that Titans bane being reduced to 22% effectiveness means there are better Pen items to put in that slot. Looking at the build, the last item he builds is Asi which provides 15 flat pen which is effectively worthless with titans bane since they don't stack. However, if he were to build Brawler's Beat Stick he gets 20 flat Pen which stacks with the 15 making that 35 flat Pen AND he makes healing worthless which by the way is important for killing some tanks. Alternatively, he could build Jotunn's Wrath for different perks but slightly less Pen. Both of which he included as alternatives. Personally I would have put Jotunn's as the primary (for the CDR) and put the Beat Stick and Bane as situational alternatives. As in if you are up against a self healer use Beat Stick, if you are up against a Guardian stacking 2 or more physical resist items, roll with Titans Bane (but even then I'm not so sure as its unlikely you will run into a situation where the only person you are fighting is a tank running multiple physical resist items).

The Executioner:
Tier 3: PASSIVE - Basic attacks against an enemy reduce your target's Physical Protection by 8% and an additional 6 points for 3 seconds (max 3 stacks).

//so that was 24% + 18 points, which were even easier achievable because of the stacks going up to only 3

But overall, it's not like Titan's Bane renders The Executioner useless and vice versa, it basically just lowers its efficiency regarding penetration by 33%- and, to be honest, I'm not quite sure what Your point is, still.

(right now I'll be going out but when I return I can try visualising some examples regarding the damage itself using the formula taken from SmiteWiki (I believe such basic mechanics don't change from patch to patch))

Damage = (100 × Unmitigated Damage)/(Protections + 100) including: Attack Damage = Base Damage + (Base Damage per lvl × God's lvl) + (100% of Physical Power OR 20% of Magical Power)

Yes it did, and it even explains that in the video you linked.

@IntellOyell

I looked through these videos, and there's literally nothing more constructive than what CakeSlapping said- not to mention that the The Executioner information is outdated there as it was more efficient overall back before the change, working like old Spear of the Magus; reducing protections both by percentage and flat amount.

Ok.

Let's say an enemy has 100 protections.

Once you've stacked The Executioner it removes 32% of those (which would be, in this case 32)

They now have 100-32 protections, which is 68.

Then Titan's Bane gets 33% penetration against what's left.

So, 33% of 68 is 22.4 but let's just call it 22 to keep things simple.

So after Titan's ignoring, in this case, 22 protections, the enemy is left with 68-22 protections, which is 46.

100-46=54 so you have bypassed 54 protections, which is 54% of their total protections.

So by using both Titan's Bane and The Executioner together, you have effectively now bypassed 54% of the enemies protections. It's 12% less than their individual penetrative values put together, but 54% effective penetration is still A LOT to have vs a tanky team comp.

Now stop arguing Intelloyell
