Hello everyone, I am _angrytoast! This is my very first guide on the new assassin goddess, Serqet. I really like Serqet because she requires tactics and sneaking up on you enemy for kills. Also, her passive is really awesome when used correctly. Please enjoy the guide, and leave constructive criticism!
Bumbu's Mask allows you to sustain longer in the jungle. This item is imperative for success when you are jungling with Serqet.
I prefer Ninja Tabi over Warrior Tabi because Serqet's passive relies on you using you abilities as fast as possible.
Sometimes you have no choice to fight a tank, making Qins Sais really important!
Being a squish god like Serqet, having lifesteal is important to sustain yourself.
Pretty much a core item for any high damage god, power and crits are good.
Same as Deathbringer plus a useful passive.
Same as before, except a really powerful passive.
When penetration is needed, replace Malice with this.
Since Serqet relies on her abilities for her passive to work, getting a damage buff after using them is quite good.
A variant on Hydra's Demise, generally the same principle.
Catalyst
Key Bind: Passive
Serqet's Basic Attacks apply Catalyst, which consumes her lingering Poisons. If the target is affected by two different lingering poisons they are dealt 10% of their maximum health as physical damage. If affected by three different poisons they are dealt 20% of their maximum health as physical damage.
This passive is quite useful for breaking down most gods because it applies percent damage to her enemies, depending on how many abilities she has hit them with.
This passive relies on you landing your Deathbane, Cobra's Kiss, and Last Breath.
Deathbane
Key Bind: 1
Serqet dashes three times from side to side, dealing 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 / 140 (+30% of your physical power) damage, and applying Deathbane Poison to each enemy hit. This ability can critical hit, and Serqet is immune to knockup while dashing. Deathbane Poison reduces a target's physical protection by 20% for 3s, after which it remains in a lingering dormant state for 20s.
Cost: 60 mana.
Cooldown: 10 seconds.
This is generally a good attack to initiate with (obviously with the exclusion of Ambush) and also deal good preliminary damage. One thing to note, this attack applies crits, making it very uesful for killing escaping gods. In addition, it decreases the targets physical defence for 3s. This ability can also be used as an escape.
Cobra's Kiss
Key Bind: 2
Serqet launches her two blades forward, dealing 50 / 70 / 90 / 110 / 130 (+40% of your physical power) damage and applying the Cobra's Kiss Poison. Cobra's Kiss Poison drives gods to madness for 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2s, forcing them to attack nearby allies, dealing 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 (+30% of your physical power) per hit, or walk harmlessly towards Serqet. After the madness, Cobra's Kiss remains in a lingering dormant state for 20s.
Cost: 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90 mana.
Cooldown: 18 seconds.
This is one of this abilities that will make you laugh... and is incredibly useful when you go for the gank when all of a sudden two gods are attacking you. It allows you to have a sort of weaker version of yourself attacking the enemy, but for a decreased damage value.
Ambush
Key Bind: 3
Serqet enters stealth, rooting herself in place. She may leap to a target location, dealing 80 / 140 / 200 / 260 / 320 (+50% of your physical power) damage to enemies. She will stay hidden until she leaps or cancels this ability. Enemy gods within range 12.5 will reveal her.
Cost: 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90 mana.
Cooldown: 15 seconds.
This is kind of your classic assassin attack, except for the fact that Serqet is invisible before she jumps. This is useful when you are being chased into the jungle and want to surprise you pursuers. This attack applies no poison, and therefore is not affected by your passive, Catalyst.
Last Breath
Key Bind: 4
Serqet leaps to an enemy, stunning them for 1s, applying the Last Breath poison, then pushing them 30 units away. The Last Breath poison deals 150 / 275 / 400 / 525 / 650 true damage over the next 5s, and prevents healing. If an enemy dies while infected with Last Breath, they will explode, applying the poison to all nearby enemies.
Cost: 100 mana.
Cooldown: 90 seconds.
This ability can be incredibly useful when initiating when you know the god you are attacking has support. It can also be very useful during the beginning stages of team fight. It makes up for Serqets lack of bulk with a great delivery method for Last Breath Poison.

1st off, going for CDR boots over pen boots but no Jotunn's Wrath (in your main build) is seriously questionable. Her 1&2 both have low cooldowns and are not affected by the 15% CDR as much as it would make it worth getting the CDR boots over the pen boots.
You main build has no flat pen. If only one mage builds BoV, your Serqet will be a useless assassin until Titan's Bane.
You said you chose CDR boots because "Serqet's passive relies on you using you abilities as fast as possible", from this I can understand that you are relying mostly on abilities to get kills (and I won't judge you), yet you suggest items like Qin's Sais, Bloodforge and Rage which are at its most effectiveness (one way or the other) when basic attacks are being used.
What's up with maxing Ambush before Deathbane. Serqet's combo is 2->1->4, to get the most from the passive and Deathbane deals more damage (if hit 3 times, even without criting) than Ambush.
I think the ranking order should be 4-2-1-3. Just my opinion, of course.
Actives... shell? meditation?
Serqet is nowhere near mana hungry as other assassins (such as batz, loki or even kali), a mana pot can keep her mana up for a long time, it's cheaper and it takes no actives spot.
Shell... I don't even know what to think of this.. I think an assassin needs safety actives such as Greater Purification and Greater Sprint much more than Shell.
Don't take this as criticism but as mere suggestions.
As for voting, I can't upvote it now. It has a build I don't totally agree with, no gameplay section, situational defense builds or better explanations on why to get each item.
also 16k budget for an assasin is just a wet noddle dream, so titanbane will make all your other item stronger and 800 cheaper is a start...it need adjustment
it's the same format as merc's grab and toss in the fact that you just have to look where you want them to go.
Seems like a WIP! Dun do that

because I haven't played Serqet yet I can't say something about skill order.
Yout build looks good to me but I would only go with 1-2 of the crits ( Deathbringer for sure) and then add in jottun for some pen and cooldown.
Because I haven't played Serqet I don't know if Hydra's Lament is something for her (instead of two crit items.)
