Hiya, I'm Trax Mallus, or better known as Nicomen in the smite community, I spent some time testing this build, because right when Cernnunos came out, a lot of players started using him and he was extremely op. With this build, you can definitely make him a late game powerhouse.
Warrior Tabi
Obvious reasons, extra power and movement speed.
Jotunn's Wrath
Cernnunos possesses very little mana, so this item definitely helps. I didn't want to put Transcendence since I think that the extra attack speed will help with those who can't aim as well. Also, the cooldown will help you spam your ult more often, since turning enemies into pigs is pretty annoying to them.
The Executioner
This item gives extra power and attack speed, and gives a debuff, which will give Cernnunos an edge up on the battleground.
Asi
Asi gives you attack speed, penetration and lifesteal! All the more reason that Cernnunos is op.
