Introduction

Greeting everyone! This is a great build for a great god. I hope you enjoy it and have fun playing with this build! It is pretty lit. I updated this for season 4 too, so enjoy the ez wins in ranked conquest!

Items

There are many reasons for the order of these items, why these items are needed, and why these items are better than others. Remember, this build is focused on split pushing.

#1: Talaria boots
- ez gold (press 2 on enemy gods for 30 gold and press 2 again right away to call your dog back. So pretty much try to tag each enemy god with your dog before the wave of minions meet in your lane)
- op movement speed: helps split pushing since you can get to places faster and increases your ability to survive
- nice passive: 25 hp5 when out of combat (pro tip: you can use your dog to attack the minions/jg camp and you will remain out of combat and receive the 25 hp5 passive, gotta love that dog!)

#2: Devourer's Gauntlet
- lots of lifesteal (after you stack it of course): lifesteal helps you survive late game and take objectives like the Fire Giant since you can take the damage and heal back up with lifesteal. You can also be more of a monster in teamfights since you can steal all of your health back with the help of your OP dog, Kaldr. Well, Kaldr is not as OP as he/she/*your preference* in season 3 (the dog was nerfed so now he/she/*your preference* only hits for 80% of your basic attack damage instead of 90% of your basic attack damage).
- around 50 power (after you are fully stacked): nice power boost

#3: Ichaival/Silverbranch Bow
- helps you box the enemy ADC so you can get ahead (buy Ichaival if the enemy adc is physical, and buy Silverbranch bow if the enemy ADC is magical)
- attack speed greatly improves your dps (damage per second)
- 10 pen helps taking down towers and increases your early game damage to enemy gods
- CHEAP AF: helps you get to the penetration items faster

#4: Titans bane
- OP PASSIVE: 33% PENETRATION
- this obliterates all towers/phoenixes/titans/enemy tanks
- this item is bought before Crusher and Brawler's Beat stick since it helps you destroy objectives more so than the other items since they provide you with less penetration (the Crusher's passive has changed and it was nerfed alongside Brawler's Beat stick)

#5: Crusher
- 15% attack speed: this increases your dps (you are an adc after all)
- 15 flat PENETRATION: obliterates gods and towers alike
- Interesting passive: 1s cool down reduction after you land a basic attack. This is helpful in many cases including escaping and chasing enemies

#6: Brawler's Beat stick
- 40 physical POWER: it is a nice little boost of power
- 15 PENETRATION: With this, your base penetration totals 40 and you have another 33% extra penetration from Titan's Bane
- 40% healing reduction: GREAT passive, healers become powerless with this. RIP Ra

Relics

The first relic you buy is either Purification Beads or Aegis Amulet. They are situational. You buy beads when the enemy has cc that could potentially be dangerous. For example, the enemy jungler is Hun Batz. On the other hand, you buy Aegis when the enemy has little cc which is hardly ever the case. Almost always buy Beads as your first relic.

The second relic is always going to be Teleport Glyph. This is because a split pusher needs to be able to move around the map quickly to catch the enemy off guard.

Consumables

You want to buy one health pot and one mana pot at the beginning of the game. You will not have much sustain and your early game is not that good; you will most likely need to return to the fountain earlier than the enemy ADC.

Your next goal is to buy Chalice of Healing and Chalice of the Oracle as your consumables. They are quite pricey of course so you should buy Devourer's Gauntlet first so you can "get stacking" sooner.

Once you have completed your entire build, you will need to sell Chalice of Healing and Chalice of the Oracle to buy Flickering Ritual and a Sentry Ward. Flickering Ritual is an essential consumable that a God with little to no mobility needs since it is pretty much the relic "Blink" except it can be activated even in combat. As you can guess, this consumable is extremely OP and can be used in many situations to escape, engage, or to chase. The second slot should be filled with a Sentry Ward since a Split Pusher needs to be aware of the map and you need a ward to use Teleport Glyph to get close to the enemy Phoenix or objectives. Of course, you can always buy a 3k power pot and use it in base and buy these consumables. But, one should always buy Flickering Ritual over the power pot since Flickering Ritual is more beneficial.

Abilities

The first ability that you should upgrade is your 1. This is because your 1 deals the most damage and is your wave clear ability.

The second ability that you should upgrade is your 3. This ability provides you with even more wave clear but also a tad of control (you can intoxicate people or move faster on your 3).

The third ability that you should upgrade is your 1. This is because it is your wave clear ability and you should prioritize clearing the wave since your early game before you get your items online is pretty trash. :(

From here on out, you should prioritize upgrading your ultimate ability/your 4, then your 1, then your 2, and then your 3.

Skadi: Split Pushing

Split pushing is not as easy of a task as it seems. There are many risks involved with split pushing. The main challenge is that you have to avoid being noticed by the enemy. To accomplish this, travel to the enemy tower/phoenix/titan through the furthermost left or furthermost right of the jungle (there are usually less wards there during late game). You also need to be aware of when the minions are spawning, since minions will spot you and notify the enemy of your presence and get in the way of your auto attacks. So, you wait in the jungle until the minion wave has passed your position. Then, you can attack the enemy phoenix/tower/titan. It is always best to carry a sentry ward with you and ward a bit above the enemy back harpies or the enemy buff camps (damage buff/speed buff). Now, you can take down any enemy wards that are there so they do not notice you split pushing later on when you teleport to the ward (you should always get teleport as your 2nd relic if you are split pushing).

Once you get to the objective, let your dog tank the tower/phoenix/titan. Once your dog is down to one hit point, use your ultimate ability and your dog will go up to full health. Meanwhile, you are basic attacking the objective. Soon after, the objective should be destroyed. Sometimes, you do not need to use your ultimate and you can tank the last few shots of the phoenix/tower. If this occurs, you can choose to attack another objective since your ultimate is still available. As soon as you are finished destroying the objective, you have to make a decision: go help your teammates by flanking the enemy if they are still in a fight, or return to base. If the enemies have retreated and the team fight has ended, it is time for you to return to base (unless the entire/most of the enemy team has been wiped out). It depends on each game since each situation will be diffrent.

Remember:
- always keep an eye on the minimap and enemy movements when split pushing (so buy a **** ton of wards, and ask your team to help)
- only split push when the enemies are distracted (for example, if they are fighting the rest of your team, you can split push 2 of their phoenixes without them noticing until it is too late)
- this build works :)
-I have won 17/20 ranked conquest games in the past few days as Skadi with this build
- But, I am not playing with pro players, only platinum (take this into consideration)

If you want to see an example of this build in a ranked conquest match (this is a season 3 match), type in 305129073 into the enter match id slot that appears after you go into your history, and click on any of the match id numbers that are white and underlined. This is a great match that will help you figure it out if you cannot understand something in this guide. Of course, you can always start a discussion and I would be happy to answer your questions. I hope this helps you! Have a good day!

Conclusion

Skadi + Kaldr == 3 shot any god

I hope that you have learnt a lot and can play Skadi better because of this guide! Have fun using this build. It is by far the best Skadi build on SmiteFire. :) I will be updating this guide on a regular basis so you can always rely on the build that is shown here. Ta-ta!

I just have one question. Do you think that Kaldr should deal more burst damage (high power) or have higher sustained damage (high attack speed). I'm wondering because I just wrote a guide on Skadi, and while i prefer the high power build for burst kaldr, I would value a second opinion.

YES, THE AZUREBLAZE BUILD!

however, i dont think it's done with icha or Bloodforge, your supposed to go just full on pen, Heartseeker and Masamune.

My build works better, since I can actually box the enemy adc. Also, if you go full pen, you will be overcapping your pen with the passive of crusher.
