Chapter Title

*GENERAL*

I have no idea if I got the levels right, I don't really care. You just need to remember, upgrade in this order:
4th Ability > 1st Ability > 2nd Ability > 3rd Ability

The early potions in this game are very important and you can never have too many. It's not because I'm a big massive noob and I expect that you're all big massive noobs who need to bring a keg of health potion into every lane phase... it's because with Osiris' skill kit and with this item set, HEALTH ITSELF can be used offensively. Effecting working like a taunt, causing enemies to chase you as you heal and poke dramatically quickly. Turning with Osiris is extremely easy. Also, in the new meta (Hunter/Mage Solo Lane) you'll need to potions JUST to sustain the damage minions will do to you, let alone the nuclear pokes.

Always boots first if you're a laner. You need to get back to that lane ASAP. You need gank prevention... movement speed and wards are your best bet. Warrior boots also extremely help poking.

Tank Osiris > Random damage item build

*TANKY*

High health compliments his kit extremely well; amplifying his damage mitigation. Protects also provide nuke protection so you can reliably stay alive as a melee God in a team fight.

Mystical Mail)
All other physical protection choices do not compliment Osiris' kit as much as this item does. The AoE damage benefits you greatly. Osiris should be right in the middle of the team fight, trying to reach the carries. But the raw stats are the best part about this item. An item like the Nemean Lion lose their power due to your damage mitigation.

Stone of Gaia)
A very important item... The regen is insanely useful on bruisers... allowing you to kite carries around, thinking that they can kill you, only to have you turn and burst them down while tanking their sustained DPS. Overall this item is a CORE BUILD feature, even just for its MP5 that allows you to soften up carries before you initiate. Due to Osiris' very weak auto attacks life steal isn't as beneficial as most people believe. His AoE Melee hits, however, benefit greatly off of life steal. But I MUST stress that this is only in laning phase. It's almost impossible that you will have enemies close enough for the AoE life steal to benefit MORE then the regeneration of the Stone of Gaia. It also lacks health which will severely debuff his damage mitigation. Stone of Gaia is an end game item and beats life steal in the hardest stages of the game on Osiris.

Hide of the Urchin)
A generic item but it provides ALL the stats you need and it will compliment every part of your kit AND item set, whether its the extra mana for sustained pokes and bruising, the extra health for the added regen and amplifying ties with damage mitigation or just 65 protect against both physical and magic. This item is best built near mid game because building it too early has diminishing returns and buying it too late will mean you don't get to exploit its full benefits for long.

*BRUISER*

Warrior Tabi)
Best boots for Osiris... The offensive boost is necessary for all aspects of his play style. The penetration is extremely useful. Just be the way it works mathematically, penetration works a lot better on smaller amounts of damage, rather then nuclear builds. I'm not saying its useless or larger damage... I just want to avoid the long explanation. Basically, moderate damage, quick cooldown spells benefit extremely well off of penetration. Osiris should rely A LOT on his first ability, using his 2nd ability as a way to control the position on the field. Overall these boots are almost a necessity and are far better then the tank boots.

Jotunn's Wrath)
Everything this item has is extremely well suited for a bruiser. Simply adding this to your item set will make you a much more reliable bruiser, able to soften up enemies before a big fight, giving you the upper hand. Its base stats alone are very good for a bruiser but the added 25% CDR makes this item extremely important to have. The added mana, coupled with the MP5 from Stone of Gaia + Salvation means you will NEVER need to worry about mana for the rest of the game, leaving your attention strictly on the fight and allowing you to spam your pokes like a good bruiser should.

*FREIGHT TRAIN*

Magi's Blessing)
This item CAN be replaced for an item of your choice (but I'd pressure ALL types of play styles to pick to Soul Eater item over anything else). However, without inherit crowd control reduction he loses some effectiveness as a Tanky bruiser. Soaking up cool downs and freight-training through the enemy team to reach their carries and make them s**t themselves is your job as a Warrior. Magi's Blessing has everything you need for that and will compliment Osiris' kit extremely well. However, if you feel like you want more damage or you just CAN'T go without the life steal, pick up the Soul Eater and the difference will be minimal as long as you can compliment the playstyle a life-steal item demands.

ACTIVE - Salvation)
The heal is based off of his maximum health, which compliments this item set and his kit 100%. The mana benefits are also priceless... simply put, it ensures you're always able to play your role. The added benefit of having a very small support function can turn fights or clean ups in your favour as the enemy loses grip of a wriggly carrying, only to throw the poke and start running, missing the fact that they were just healed for a 400... and now, your health is a lot higher and your mana is super charged so they have a beefy Osiris up their arse now as well. There's NO better active for Osiris.

ACTIVE - Aegis Amulet)
It's damage reduction will stack with the damage reduction from his 3rd ability, or at the very least, if your damage reduction is down and you need an emergency counter, you can casually use this, knowing comfortably that your Mystic gear is blasting them with its AoE fire, that your Gaia is regenerating you, the your cool downs are readying themselves and the damage reduction buff you gain afterwards will either give you time to make a play or walk away.

NO SPRINT ACTIVE)
Do NOT get SPRINT on Osiris... It's a basic active with very little function MID-TEAM FIGHT which is where Osiris shines and makes his dominant plays. No only that... but his passive already gives him the best benefit of sprint... you don't slow down while basic attacking! Just avoid this and play properly. If you really, really are having trouble choosing your fights and depend on a reliable escape then the cooldown reductions in this build guide should be enough to have your ult quickly up... Instead of running, turn around and use your 2nd ability then use your ult to jump away or over a wall. Your movement speed will last enough time for you to gain EVEN MORE ground on them but by the time they get close it'll be up again. If you have one particularly persistent enemy, make sure you're using your Sycles before your 2nd ability. It's damage them greatly, apply a massive slow (and restricting their options) and you'll maintain your movement speed buff.

Enjoy this over powered build! I've yet to lose with it.

My build for Osiris is:
Warrior Tabi, Ancile, Quins Sais, Magi's Blessing, Asi, Situational.

I feel like crit does not give that much to Osiris. With this build you can dive towers pretty safely while destroying targets.

This is just my opinion on Osiris solo lane.

After watching your guide,I think your build will be a bit too tanky as well, but however I am looking for a way to solve the damage problem of osiris. And I am on a headache with it.First, his progression is really freakin frustrating.Every four strike of him only do three strikes of damage, even though it make his attack speed faster but still seem to not enough!!!The first thing come out of my mind is that Qin's Sais will be useful to him because of his progression. If you wanna build him with crit damage, there comes the problem. The second strike and the fourth strike of him is dealing half damage but somehow it often crit....DAMN!With rage,my damage become the same on every single strike=progression:(None)...If I build death bringer with him,he is totaly waste cause in that case he have no difference between an assassin or maybe weaker.
Some people say that with full CDR osiris, his Sickle Strike will become balanced with the damage that he give out by basic attack.People also complain about Odyssey Bow will be suitable to him.I would like to know your opinion.

As a warrior you can build him both ways. His bruising capabilities allow him to soften up squishies before diving for the kills. His damage mitigation and added protections allow him to do it safely and uncontested; allowing you to control the enemies position... which is what a true warrior role should be doing, rather then whoring kills.

Truthfully, if you're very eager to carry or get a positive K/D you should always be a Hunter, Assassin or Mage. Osiris is none of those roles no matter HOW you build him. That being said, you're going to average out to 1:1 K/D per match as a Tanky bruiser. That being said... it's important that you fulfil his role by controlling enemy positioning allowing your team to catch out someone, to poke freely or to buy time for a split push.

I think your idea of Osiris as a possible assassin is incorrect. He is only a Warrior class.

Very odd builds, i think maybe a bit too tanky. in fact your boots are your only really damage item for most of the game if you get wrath at the end? Is it even possible to get kills with a build like that? Contents also a bit short, but not bad overall
