Ok so the plan is to rush Qin's Sais, because everyone loves more damage amirite?
And well because I found this works well for me, you can buy the tier 2 straight out the gate and pair it with 4 health pots and a mana pot.

Generally the first time I go back to base I buy boots, because Loki needs his move speed.
Tier 1 boots will do for now.

Frostbound Hammer? Well yeah because your enemies are faster than you.
Hastened Fatalis? Well yeah because you are faster than your enemies.
Plus, the removal of the attack speed debuff is what we are going for here.

Now of course by this stage in the game you should be smashing some squishies, (but hey, that dudes kinda tanky and im dealing damage to him too!) So why not compliment your damage and passive crit with the Deathbringer?

If the enemy do seem to be trying to counter build you at this point, stick a titan bane on the end of it before you go out to town.
