Ok so neith's early game is very strong as she can 3* where the minions are going to fight then 1 both the minions and the 2 itself and it clears the wave.Neith is pretty simple and doesn't have any probles with mid-game or late game but you do need a lot of practice to be able to land your 1 one enemies and like any other hunter,auto-attacking them as well.So first off, there's the ability based neith and the auto-attack neith and trust me when I tell you that auto-attack neith is so much better than the ability based one.In order to survive you need to learn when to disengage the enemy with your 3 or you know putting some distance between you and them and anyways,a lot of gods in smite are counting on their crowd control to kill you or make a chain of events to eventually kill you and you can and must stop their momentum with your 3 but you must be careful as they will probably be able to still catch you if they have their dash or leap up so you need to be careful not to find yourself into that kind of situations. Also your ultimate is global so you should exploit that as much as possible and help your teammates if they need help with something.Or you can just ultimate the enemy god in front of you,1 him,2 and auto-attacks and see you to heaven buddy.Note:Neith's 1 is not a root so the enemy can still jump or generally use movement abilities. Also dont fogrget that neith does unbelievably a lot of damage if you 1 your enemy and your 3 whule he is range and with the ability based neith build you can ulty, basic attack with hydra's passive then 1,autp-attack,2 if he doesnt leave and if he does leap away or just run away with relics and stuff you chase him your your 3,auto-attack(if you don't have time to land the hydra's passive then your should 2 and then auto-attack).You can ability cancel with your 1,like,you auto-attackimmediately1,hold left mouse button and with your 1 you will fire another auto-attack.Now if you don't know what ability cancelling in smite is and you want to become a good player go learn that.
Ok so let's now move on to the items.First you start with transcendence and 3 hp pots and 2 mana pots and transc provides you with mana and power which neith needs a lot.Thne we got power boots and then we got soul eater which will give your life-steal and prevent enemies to completely destroy you in an instant plus it's just pretty reliable overall.Next up is executioner which will give your power and attack speed and will be your penetration item and then we get qin's sais for more power and ofc qin's op and then you finish the build with more penetration which will be titan's bane.(Edit) OK so apparently you can die a bit too easy if the enemy buys no defenses and just goes for that one hit kill so what you need to do is not buy titan's bane since he doesnt have armor and you get hastened fatalis and traumatise him/her for the rest of their smite days.
OK so now let's go with the ability based neith build which is not as good as auto-attack neith but I still think that it's worth mentioning. So,with this build you will have a lot of mana and cdr and this build has no lifesteal but ofcourse we are talking about neith here and since you have lots of mana and cdr you can 2 the wave,3 and then 2 the wave and you will heal and stuff. This build is actually so much fun late game when you finish the hastened fatalis you can do a lot of things.Hydra's lament does not have that 3 seconds polynomicon cooldown which basically means every time you use your abilities and auto-attack it the passive will be immediately back and ready to be used again. But don't get ahead of yourself and start boxing people especially hunters who have built auto-attack based as they can easilty outbox you so what you do is box them from time to time, spam abilities and then heal yourself up when you need it and in the end you will outsustain them and kill them with your smartness.I know that that sounded boring but it's not and hastened fatalis is there for utility reasons as it can give you the ability to keep your distance from someone or chase him and generally be a nuisance to them sicne you have cdr and can't be easilty caught when your fatalis comes and the god thing about this build is that it comes really close in power late game with the auto-attack neith build and that is because you can take advantage of your 3 and then combo it with your 1 and stuff a lot more frequently and more comforatbly since you have cdr(cool down reduction). But still,auto-attacking waves to death and still have your abilities up and have so much damage i better than using abilites.Pretty much 3 the wave and the eenemy god and auto to death then proceed with your 1 and left moust button power. And in duel you are obviously going to need armor against gods that really rely on that poke damage and eventually killing you so for physicals get hide of the nemean lion and for mages bulwark of hope as fourth item.and you are going to sacrifice titan's bane for it.
Purification for crowd control removal you should always get it on neith first active unless you are in duel and the match up will be such that getting some kind of relic will help you more and as a second active I always get frenzy unless I am in need of some other kind of relic in a duel match and that's simply because frenzy gives you extra objective damage and the stuff that frenzy gives and always make the enemy spend a second or two to think if they should engage you or not which creates a confusion and that's good. But by not having sprint makes you vulnerable to weakening so you should ask your guardian or teamates to get it for you. Also keep in my mind that you are being rewarded a lot if you successfully use your 1 so in duel it's wise to get sunder because of it.And if you feel like the enemy is going to focus you really hard you should get a sanctuary and try to survive their assault.
