What does this build focus on?

This build focuses on the items under the power section of the shop and it contains parts of everything for survival. The main part about this is the basic attack damage that can be accumulated with this build going as high as 1100 damage on a critical hit.

It contains speed and power with the use of the Warrior Tabi, Physical penetration and reduction in healing with the Brawlers Beat stick, Physical Power and life steal from the Bloodforge, Attack speed and penetration from the Ichaival, crit chance from the Rage and combining it up with a deadly Death bringer.

The choice on these options will be explained in depth more in later chapters.

Item build

Warrior's Tabi
Brawlers beat stick
Bloodforge
Ichaival
Rage
Deathbringer

Warrior Tabi

Why choose this item?

The Warriors Tabi provides a nice, early game boost to power and movement speed and only costing 1550 gold. This means that already, you have a boost to your movement speed and to your power so giving chase to fleeing enemies has higher results of succession.

The Warrior Tabi should also be used because with the buffs it offers on top, it's a simple and great starting item to buy due to its simplicity.

Brawlers Beat Stick

Why choose this item?

The great thing about this is the buffs it provides to you and the windows it offers you when assaulting an enemy. The Brawlers beat stick offers +40 physical power and +20 physical penetration to offer you that bonus damage inflicted with the penetration. On top of these buffs, the beat stick offers an 8 second window for attacking foes after a basic hit. Every basic hit on an enemy leaves their healing rendered by 40% so healing is less effective meaning that it will be a faster task to cut your foes down. This is a great way to combat some of Hel's healing abilities due to them only being 60% effective.

Bloodforge

Why choose this item?

This item is the bread and butter of any fight due to how much of a life saver this item can be. Firstly, it's a nice addition to have to a power house build due to the +40 power you gain from this item. This item also offers +15% life steal. The life steal already combo's well with the beat stick because their healing will be reduced while you're healing from every hit, tipping the scales in your favour. The other amazing bonus of this item is how it gives you another bonus of +15% life steal on top of everything else for every hit you have on an enemy with a 4 second window (stacks at 3).

Ichaival

Why choose this item?

The Ichaival offers a great +30% attack speed meaning that you can get more strikes in before they have the chance of escaping. The item also offers +10 physical penetration meaning that this goes well with every other item in this build as they all offer some form of power or buffing the power of other items. The bonus that makes this item really stand out among others is the passive. Basic attacks on enemies reduce the physical power of enemies by 10 and increases yours by 10 for a 3 second window (debuffs stack at 3)

Rage

Why choose this item?

The rage offers a variety of buffs which aid other items in the build that make this item that bit more devastating. Firstly, it offers a bonus of 30 physical power but also offers a 30% increase in critical strike chance. This is great because not only do you have a high chance of critting but you gain a bonus of power as well. The other bonus of this item is its passive. This one item alone can add up to 80% crit chance so other crit items won't help a lot as it's a waste of an item slot. For every unsuccessful critical hit, 10% is added to the crit chance (stacks max at 5) until a crit occurs where it resets back t 30% crit chance (for the weapon)

Deathbringer

Why choose this item?

This item is the bread and butter of this entire build. This item guarantees that when you crit, you crit hard and leave the enemies unaware of how much damage you can dish out. It offers a standard 50+ physical power and a nice bonus of +20% crit chance meaning this pairs very well with the Rage due to the deadly crit chance and combined total of +70 power between them both.

The Deathbringer's passive is what makes it truly a "death bringer". The critical strike damage is increased by 50% meaning easy kills due to the mass damage (like I said, with Merc's passive at max and this build, it can reach around 1100 damage)
