Hey Smitefire community,
I'll keep this brief and let the build speak for itself but basically I've been playing Loki a lot recently and this build is a surefire build to take a steamy dump on your opponent. The damage output is insane and it snowballs out of control very quickly.
Pros:
Insane Damage - ridiculous...
Good Cool down reduction
Makes enemies mad as hell and rage-quit ensuring easy wins
Cons:
Requires you lane with a teammate with a stun
Squishy but all high damage Loki builds are anyways
Meditation - blowing your combo load over someone makes you mana starved as hell, grab this and you should be okay
1. Ninja Tabi - Speed boost, crit, AD - no real explanation, everyone needs boots and since your getting Titan's Bane I'd go for crit chance over armor pen
2. Titans Bane - Flat Armor Pen - I like the flat pen over the stacking pen because hitting with your ult means all the damage goes through instantly as opposed to having to hit 3 times
3. Deathbringer - Crit damage and AD - where most of your damage comes from
4. Jotunn's Wrath - Cooldown and AD - Amazing item on loki, quicker ult reset which is like a free kill... so more free kills
5. Eye of Retaliation - AD and Lifesteal - Mo damage less problems plus you became un-killable in 1v1s with this
6. Hydra's Lament - If your 20-0 score hasn't finished the game by now pick this item to blast away all but the tankiest gods
Who the hell needs teamwork with Loki? He can single-handedly turn a game. Just get fed early game with a teammate who can stun and then run around and gank your allies lanes until you win.
How to play Loki in any build really:
- Don't start fighting until level 5 unless your opponents are really bad
- Pop 1 to get into position
- Have teammate stun enemy
- Pop 3 then 4 on said stunned enemy, make sure you land ult since it's nearly 1/2 your damage output
- Receive gold and have every enemy cry that they had to play against a Loki
- Rinse, wash, repeat
- Become top 100 player in 1 day
- Oh yeah, always have some health pots on hand to stay in the game
